I really appreciated the excellent location, with its convenient proximity to stores, restaurants, and a gas station. Furthermore, the rooms and washrooms were impeccably clean. Finally, the easy-to-control thermostat made my stay extremely comfortable.

The breakfast setup was good, but I was disappointed that honey wasn't provided for toast. Additionally, the provision of toiletries was a bit sparse; an extra bar of soap would have been appreciated. Finally, the pool area could be improved with the addition of a slide for children.

It was fine. I feel like since Covid has been over. Companies are not wiping down remotes and door handles fridge handles microwave handles dresser handles phones light switches… anymore I felt like it wasn’t completely clean, accordingly to above!

Sorry this is the did like, the other is the didn’t like… The staff was nice, beds, clean lemon ice water in the lobby was nice. Price was good.

Breakfast was pretty standard. Location was okay, a bit far from Highway 3. Nice park nearby. Grocery store nearby. Very helpful staff in giving directions, and car plug-in info in the cold weather.

We were in a room that had a connecting door--we could hear our neighbors talking. At some point in the night, a woman could be heard talking loudly and crying in the hallway. That was disturbing but I'm not sure what hotel staff could have done about it.

Easy check in & out. Enough parking. Room was big enough & clean. Would stay there again.

Pillows too small. Stuffy the first night but we opened the window for the second night and it was much better. Bathroom too dark with just one light on. Ran out of tissues(only 4 had been left in the box). Not enough coffee packets. Only made 2 cups of coffee when we needed 2 each day.

Breakfast wasn't what I would consider complete. Eggs, sausage and bacon. Should have been replace the bacon with hash browns?

Breakfast hot menu was off. Eggs, sausage and bacon. Two meats no hash browns? Also, I wanted ice in my room. The sign in the room indicated ice machine around corner of elevator. I was on the 4th floor. No ice machine. Front desk indicated that the ice machine was on the second floor. Signage in my room should be been updated to reflect the correct location of the ice machine.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean & comfortable and the free breakfast was actually very good. They had eggs and bacon, sausage, fruit, hashbrowns, and a make your own waffle station (actually two stations) and the batter was good quality, made great waffles. And, I'm really fussy about the quality of the coffee I drink. This was good coffee. Full flavored, rich & bold but not bitter. Had no issues here, enjoyed our stay.

Certainly don't have any complaints.

The man at the desk (I;m sorry I didn’t get his name) was so accommodating to giving us a room in a quiet location and even offered an upgrade for an extra fee that we did take. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. The man also came up and got our TV working. It was a great sleep and we will continue to stay here when we are travelling through.

Breakfast was excellent, Facility is in good condition

Stayed two nights: First night temperature in room was 26 c as thermostat did not work. second night problem corrected but air conditioner very noisy every time it started. Also TV limited to only a few channels, and we were locked out of our room approx.1-1/4 hrs before check out time due to entry cards being cancelled early.

The rooms are nice beds are very comfortably,the bathrooms are very nice they just redid them. The breakfast is good nice to get scrambled eggs and sausages staff are very friendly great hotel for the price . Will use this hotel every time I go to Lethbridge.

We found it very warm needed to put the air conditioner on in January

Breakfast was good. Hot breakfast, cereal, toast, waffles all available. Location was central to major stores. Pet friendly with grassy areas around for toilet walks. Pleasant staff. Quiet area.

Have no complaints. All hotel and room amenities were all acceptable.
