This is a great hotel for price. The service was excellent from the time we checked in. We opted for an early check-in for an additional cost and the room was ready to go when we arrived. Preet’s (I think his name was) service was phenomenal. Clean rooms, comfy beds, great complimentary breakfast, well above our expectations. Will stay here again if I am ever in Lethbridge.

Breakfast was good and had more options than expected. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The room was neat and orderly.

I would have liked china mugs or glasses in the room, rather than only paper. Slightly better blackout curtains would be appreciated too!!

The fridge was not turned on. There was no note saying that I had to turn it on - or how - unusual, as it has always been kept operating in other places I have stayed. The food I brought with me spoiled.

Great location for the Dragonboat festival.

I had to get my card key re-magnetised daily, despite taking precautions to keep it away from anything that could interfere. Front desk very friendly and fixed it, every day.

From the moment we walked in, very friendly lady and man to talk to us. The reception, the hall to the room. And the room very clean and cozy and nice to be there. We liked it very much there.

There is nothing to mention.

Room was big, and comfy bed. Breakfast was ok a normal breakfast everyone usually eat hot items like hash brown, pancake, scramble eggs and breakfast sausages are the most popular among the guest.

Room is outdated and a bit warm. The AC can't handle the heat even we set into a highest temperature.

Room was clean and well stocked. The staff made sure that fresh hot items were always replenished. The king bed was extremely comfortable

Just a personal preference but the pillows were maybe a bit too firm. Not a complaint just what I prefer!
