The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. The room was very clean. The breakfast had a lot of hot and cold options. The hotel has a homey feel to it. The bed was great and the pillows were outstanding!

My only complaint was that the room smelled like it had once been a smoking room. Even though it's listed as non-smoking, it's easy to tell when a room hasn't always been one. Maybe another ozone bomb or something might help. I'm really sensitive to odours, so maybe it was just me.

- Megan at the check in desk was exceptional - she went out of her way to get us checked in 2 hours early because we have a 3 month old baby and needed the room ASAP. She was also very efficient and expert at getting our necessary check in details and switching the payment credit card to one we asked to use instead. - Beds were comfy and sheets were soft - Rooms and hotel were very clean - Good TV and cable in the room

- The building and rooms are a bit tired and need a reno

Every staff member we encountered were all so friendly and focused on the guests. From the front desk staff to the cleaning staff everyone was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the pool area with hot tub and waterslide, which is especially nice after a hot day exploring Southern Alberta. The hotel is easy to find with your car, has lots of parking, and it's quick to get on the road South if you are heading that way.

The AC units are really noisy, functioning, but loud for what we have experienced at other hotels. We actually turned it off because it was waking us up. More just due to age than anything else, since newer AC units are quieter.

Staff was great and I had a corner room, it was perfect as I had my dog with me so less traffic past our door.

I had to go purchase my own paper products.. toilet paper & Kleenex. One ply is just no bueno. Also the tv kept cutting out, had to get the front desk to reset it then it cut out again the next day. I just used my iPad instead, maybe get the connections fixed

Very clean

It was fine, no issue. However daughter who had 2 teenagers was told that she could not order in food, as was her entire basketball team, and if had little kids would not have been rented room because they had new carpets. Find this completely absurd, certainly not good PR!

The staff at the desk were excellent. I have never had such friendly people at the desk at a hotel. This makes it a good start when you check in.

The only thing that disappointed me was the lack of respect that people have in the pool. There were parents there but they just ignored the fact that the kids were being very disrespectful. After 30 minutes most of the people left the pool because it just wasn’t enjoyable any more. I think maybe someone should just come and check in at the pool every now and then.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and well cared for.

There was nothing to complain about. The pool area could use some seating other than the benches at the wall.

breakfast was very good, and plenty of things to choose from to have for breakfast. Room was nice and quiet for sleeping.

being a senior something in shower for slippage would be good or bar to hold onto for safety

Good size room with two queen beds very comfy. Breakfast selection is very good. Plenty of off street free parking. If you choose to eat at the casino next door the staff will give you a 25% off all food and drink voucher. We had great night there.

Breakfast room is a little small so can get crowded. We had no problems as we ate early.

Breakfast was good. Waterslide was fast and fun.

Pool water was over chlorinated and hard on eyes skin and lungs. Room was a little noisy - Door closers need replacing/adjusting as they slam shut.
