Good breakfast. Staff wonderful. Parking excellent. Rooms great. Television adequate. Security great. Exits very good.

Coffee was weak. Of course, which is very common about all hotels, is the plumpness of the pillows, but there were lots of them.

The hotel was quiet, guests were polite and and the staff was helpful and polite. The room was very clean and comfortable and very good location for what we had to do while in Lethbridge.

Great customer service! The front desk staff was very helpful in ensuring we got a room with a quiet location. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The hotel location was quick to find when arriving to town after a long journey. Lots of places to eat nearby.

There is nothing that we didn't like.

Staff were super friendly and professional. Room was very clean. Comfy King size bed. Very convenient location.

We were on the first floor, and unfortunately, we had an elephant above us pounding every time they walked around.

The room is big- a lot of space, there is a big desk with a chair, mirror everywhere, very clean. new equipment, Breakfast is O.K. The place is professionally managed, Staff are kind. I would recommend to others. I will return if i will be looking for hotel in this area in the future.

Morning breakfast was a good start to our long day ahead. Staff was nice and friendly and room was comfortable.

We were not there long enough to sample anything to be unhappy with.

All in all I was happy with my stay. My only remark would be that the Continental Breakfast could have used/had a better variety/selection.

When I dropped a pen on the carpet next to the bed I found what I am guessing was a hair elastic of some sort left by previous guest, which made me think that perhaps the room wasn't as clean as it seemed.

I would suggest that the pet friendly rooms be on the first floor for ease of getting dog in and out. It just did not make sense for the pet friendly room to be on the second floor.

A lot of hidden fees in the price. That is not a good look. Very clean and comfortable is a big plus

Great room with eat chair to relax in. Room was clean & quiet. Staff very helpful! Bed & pillows were comfortable.
