Stayed here a few times. This time with a service dog in training. Great central location. Main floor rooms for people with disabilities or service dogs are spacious, accessible, and clean. Good areas around the hotel for the dog to relieve himself. Overall, I love the dog friendliness of the hotel. Easy check in,.friendly staff. I like the variety of food at buffet breakfast. This time I did not check the gym, because I could leave the dog alone in the room. Last time I loved that they had a full squat rack. The weather was super hot, but I didn't need to turn the A/C on at all.

If I were to nitpick, it was a bit loud after between 10 pm and midnight. Bit these were convocation days in Lethbridge, which I also attended. So I couldn't fault the kids for celebrating their graduation. I also don't like in-unit A/Cs. I find them loud and dust-stirring. But this time, as mentioned, I didn't need to use one. Overall, I find this the best hotel in town.

Very clean, friendly staff and great location!

Wish pool had a shallow end for small children or allowed children to ride on slide with adult. Son is autistic and really wanted to slide but was unable to go alone which was very frustrating for him. Maybe a smaller slide for smaller kids would be a great option! Also, the tv guide are not up to date. The two kids channels listed in the tv guide in the room book were not correct and there were zero kids channels available in our room, which was also somewhat frustrating with two children but doable.

All except the pool is cloudy, small, it looks huge in the picture and no change room.

The pool is small with depth of 4 to 5 ft which is good for small kids and teens but there were groups of adults and majority are above, more than 5 ft, 6-foot folks sliding. Each would jump onto the slide with force and of course they will plunge to the water with more force and it is not safe for the kids on the pool. They may hit they so we had to ask them to stay on the side. Something management can look into.

We love this hotel. The staff is great and we love to see the dogs. It is always very clean and comfortable. The pool is great and my kids love the waterslide. The breakfast area and selection of breakfast food is also fantastic.

The only reason I didn’t rate this as an exceptional stay has nothing to do with the hotel itself. There were some very loud people on our floor that were inconsiderate with the voice volume around 9pm, and again at about 11:45 PM in the hallway. There isn’t much the hotel can do about this, but I did stick my head out the door to see if I could catch a glimpse of them. My three kids were awake because of them. I hope they had a great night!

Great location , clean wonderful rooms with plenty of room . Front desk staff could have been a little more personable and friendly she was a tad on the rude side when we checked in , gentleman working next day when we checked out was very nice and friendly . Didn’t get a chance to use all the amenities as we got there late and checked out super early but would stay there again . The breakfast staff was very nice and the breakfast was impressive.

The staff were wonderful. Very helpful and respectful. When we explained about our leaking toilet they were very quick to have it repaired. They restocked our towels so we had clean towels when we returned. The second elevator was down for repairs when we arrived but was quickly repaired and no other issues during our stay. We were there for two nights.

The pool was very cold.

Breakfast was actually awesome. most places arent great with their hot breakfasts but Wingate was awesome. The pancake maker is pretty neat!

The pool was slightly gross, needs some cosmetic upgrades, paint peeling etc. Bed was nice and very comfy but the pillows felt like cotton balls inside a pillow case. Also the lighting in the room was awful. Weird complaint but it was so fluorescent and unwelcoming

Checking in was smooth, easy and super friendly. Having the hotel remember little details such as extra pillows and towels was refreshing. First handi accessible room that I was able to stay in and feel comfortable and get around (including the bathroom)! Breakfast was very good and the host was kind enough on our check out to grab some fruit for me as I missed breakfast but needed fruit for medical reasons. I would definitely stay here again!

Bathtub plastic bar should not be considered a bar to use to get you in/out of tub. It clearly is loose but if you don't know, you won't know. Signage on this would be beneficial - not a support bar.

The location was great, easy to find, and get to. The room was clean and a great size for a large family. The staff member who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Having breakfast included is a must for us, and the breakfast was really good with several options of hot and cold items.

There were 6 registered guests in the room but only 3 bath towels. It would be nice to be told to get pool towels from the front desk and to have a place by the pool to place used one.

The room was big enough for our family, has a nice pool with the big slide. the price was pretty good deals including free breakfast & free parking. The front desk and the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful.

The water at the pool was a bit dirty & has strong odor of chlorine maybe due to many people used the pool.
