The rooms were nice and very clean. We were greeted by towel art (an elephant) on the beds. I’ve never had that in a hotel, only on a cruise. Breakfast was good and for dinner there were plenty of places around to go eat.

Though it wasn’t the hotel’s fault, our truck was hit in the parking lot by one of their employees. They did call us in the room and they did everything they could to help us get on the road the next day to keep us on our schedule, including buying us the new part in the next town that we were going to since no one in Dawson Creek had the part. We were able to change out the part and keep going. While the experience worked out for us, not sure about the employee, the hotel did right by us but it did put a damper on our stay.

Was pleasantly surprised by the room and the little after thoughts like origami towels... The staff were friendly, courteous and actually called to see if I was satisfied with the room. Considering the prices these days for rooms, I think it was a very pleasant place. Very impressed with the staff.

The shower soap being mounted close to the place where you normally would step or have water run off... Found it tended to be quite slippery and had to let the shower run to let the soap in the tub wash away..

Beds great, food venues and walmart close by. Clean and may stay again

We're told no cooking in the room. When asked staff about heating ramen or a hotdog, were told no. Penalty $300. We ended up going out to eat when all we wanted was a bowl of soup and sleep after a very long day behind the wheel. Manager said they would speak to staff to correct that.

Nonsmoking property throughout. Great staff with a positive, helpful and cheerful attitude. Bed was very comfortable and very clean. Room was maintained spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Hearty buffet breakfast every morning. No food mess, any spills wiped up promptly. Enough food to last you til suppertime. Great location right across the street from Walmart if you needed anything you forgot to bring from home or wanted to buy any snacks. :-)

It was a great price for 2 queen beds. The location for use was great, close to Walmart and not far from some great restaurants. I had never stayed on the 1st floor but it worked out well.

The drain to the tub and sink would not drain. It made it hard to have a shower as the tub filled up with water. Also the beds were quit noisy, you could not roll over without waking the person that you were sleeping with.

Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good

The room doors didn’t fully close without an extra push and then beeped each time if you forgot to give it push. Annoying Would be better if they closed fully each time on their own

Very clean and comfortable . The early time breakfast was available helped a great deal.

The breakfast room was unbearably warm and had no AC. That made it impossible to enjoy even a short time in the breakfast area.

Room and bathroom was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The hotel has elevator and baggages carts.

I don't like a paper mugs and all 4 pillows was very thick. In my opinion it will be not bad idea to give 2 thick and 2 more flat pillows.it was

Check-in was easy and the lady at the counter was friendly. They do charge a CA$200 security hold when you check-in just so that doesn’t catch anyone off guard. The locations is great and right across from a Walmart. The bed is extremely comfortable. The shower is great.

Cosmetically it needs to touch up in the rooms but other than that nothing else.

Rooms were clean. Staff were helpful . Breakfast included eggs hasbrowns and bacon as well as waffles and and muffins and fruit. It was a good variety so that helped offset the price.

The bed was not very comfortable but as we were leaving we saw new mattresses being carried in so there may be a needed improvement.
