Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean.

We were just starting to eat breakfast when an attendant came in and packed up all the food and turned off the tv that we were watching. She never said a word to us just noisily cleaned up and took everything. We didn’t get to finish, we wanted a cup of coffee never got to have one. It was a very disappointing end of our stay and spoiled our stay.

The location was good. Breakfast was good

Need to fix the plugs outside as I found a few broken or not working. Had to park by the broken ones and hope truck would start in the morning as the working plugs were all being used. When it’s -40 that’s not good.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. If they didn't have an immediate solution to a problem, they found one rather quickly.

As with almost every hotel, soundproofing was not good.

Breakfast room is small and very warm! To hot to stay and have breakfast.

The room was very comfortable. There is a guest laundry which we were thrilled about as we have been traveling for 16 days. In addition there was a wonderful sports bar connected to the hotel with very good food and drinks.

Would only suggest grab bars in the shower are. Seniors are not as agile and a bit of support is comforting.

Staff were pleasant. Room was clean. Check in and out was easy. Bed was super comfortable, didn't want to get up. Hot Breakfast was amazing.

An elevator would have been nice, our room was up two levels, and at the very end of the hallway. For an older person with a bad back it was hard to get to.

Clean and restaurant was good. Thank you for discount to restaurant. Location is close to everything. Can walk to downtown.
