From the moment we walked into the hotel I was impressed. The facility was clean and inviting. Checkout was amazing, we were greeted with smiles and fresh baked cookies 😊. The staff, no matter what their position was, were very professional, friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was excellent! The kitchen staff as well, were wonderful, every morning we were greeted with smiles and conversations. The food was amazing. I’ve been to other Quality Inns and this one offered so much more variety of foods, no one should leave hungry. Every morning when we came down either for breakfast or to go out for the day, we were always greeted by Dorothy with her great smile and friendliness. Micheal made sure to always stop and have a chat when our paths crossed during the day, usually at breakfast. Angelo even helped carry our baggage to the vehicle when checking out. I cannot say enough positive things about our stay and would highly recommend anyone stay there, you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely nothing, everything was fantastic

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the general manager was always checking in with guests during breakfast and the front desk staff were always cheerful and got to know you. The rooms were lovely, comfortable, and had plenty of outlets for charging. The hotel was incredibly clean, we even saw staff mopping the doors!

Personal taste only, but I would have liked a bathroom door that latched instead of the barn door, but that is minor in the scheme of things.

The morning breakfast is wonderful and staff is friendly and kind.

The workers who stay in the hotel are very loud in the morning. I was woken up at 5am with banging and doors slamming and loud noises in the hall. I would suggest extended stay be in the first two floors and families and overnight guests be in the top floors to limit disturbances. As a single female traveller, it would have made me feel safer. Bathroom walls desperately need cleaning!

The staff were all friendly and helpful. When I forgot to push the service needed sign, we addressed it with front desk who made sure we got clean towels. Food was excellent and GM made sure everyone left happy, every day

The second bed, closest to the door, was not very comfortable and squeaked

Everything was good , location close walk to mall or restaurants, view out window not best see commercial area , but who cares of veiw

I booked on line and somehow got room with shower only my fault but make sure if want bath you get correct room Wouldn’t give me room with tub without upping price so stayed in room I booked on line

The beds were comfortable. The staff were all friendly and eager to help without being overwhelming. It is a very clean hotel. They have a lot of nice, thoughtful details like coffee and water in the lobby and within the design details of the hotel.

Clean, modern, comfortable room. Good central location and an excellent breakfast with a very wide array of choices to suit every taste and appetite.

Nothing was unlikeable - we were very happy with our stay.

Shuttle service from airport is fantastic, especially as the hotel owner accompanied us himself. Hotel staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, especially the night desk clerk. The breakfast was very yummy.

The computer in the business centre kept asking for sign in credentials, which made it difficult to complete the work I was trying to finish.

Room was next to elevator which I could hear running. Kitchen could be a little better stocked with utensils. An oven would have been nice to have.

Very clean rooms, and like that our room was cleaned while we were out. Other hotels I have to keep asking them to clean my room and sometimes they don't.

I just had to turn the base board heater on to warm up the room. The other heater or a/c was not working.
