No breakfast, bed was very comfortable, I like the beddings so crips & fresh. Thank you for putting us in a room like a suite & in the second floor as requested.

The tub is almost as big as a jacuzzi , needless to say, it take so much water to have a bath. Very dangerous too, it was very slippery. Perhaps change the jacuzzi tub to a regular tub, there would be plenty of room for a sink instead of out infront of the B/R. The staff knocked at the door at 10:00 AM. & said they will clean the room. Checkout is at 11:00 A.M. we were still sleeping. Then he knocked again at 10:50 AM. while we were just heading out. Very irretating.

Clean, comfortable, how we expected it. Lovely reception lady who was very cheerful and helpful. Large room, chairs and tv were great. Huge, comfortable bed and no noise from the road.

Didn’t know there was a pool but it was very cold and hot tub jets were not working. Had trouble with microwave but lady from reception sorted out promptly. Ice machine also broken but no big issue.

The bedside light was not working, I like to read before going to sleep.The staff came & try to fix it with no avail. I suggested to borrow one from another room & was told the hotel is fully booked. Really, there was hardly any cars parked in the parking lot. Also I would like to suggest 2 king size pillows for a king size bed instead of 3 little pillows.

The staff were very friendly and professional. We had an issue with our tv and they did their best to fix it, however they were unable to so we were placed in another room with a working tv. We really appreciated how they went over and above to ensure our stay was comfortable. We have stayed at this hotel before and will stay here again when staying in valemount.

Had a large and quiet room at the back of the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the small pool area and enjoyed the hot tub, a nicely temperatured pool and even a water slide. Internet worked fine and we got our breakfast at the Tim Hortons next door. Also took a nice walk around the Cranberry Marsh before we continued our journey.

Very large and spacious room with very comfortable bed. They have a jacuzzi and swimming pool. Parking is also available on site. Fridge and microwave, very convenient. Good value for money. Very quiet.

It is a pity it didn't include breakfast, that would have been perfect for us.

As there are a lot of working people staying here because of the fire expect to get woke around 6:00 AM because they are off to work about that time. If a person had a shower 3 rooms over you could hear it. I would still stay here again.

It was great and the town a cute little surprise. Fantastic jump off point for Mount Robson just 30 minutes away.

We didn't like the interior room which opened onto the pool deck. If we could open the slider that is, it was locked from the outside so a bit concerning for fire exit? No real breakfast options in the town so it would have been nice to have onsite.

We had to find a quick place to stay here due to a road closure that was happening. We were informed of this about 90 minutes before we got to Valemount, so we used the Booking.com app, and it literally saved the day. Room was clean and roomy. Very comfortable beds and quiet in spite of being next to a main entrance corridor. Shower was great. Close enough to a Tim Hortons/ pizza restaurant/ convenience store, that if you needed anything, it was a quick walk. Very good value for the money.
