The bed was exceptionally comfortable and we were pleased with the suite’s size and cleanliness. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of hot offerings, including a make it yourself waffle griddle. There were so many options that most people would definitely find their favourite breakfast foods. Perfect for children. Many thanks to all of the wonderful staff who ensured that our stay was enjoyable and that we had everything we needed.

The only thing that comes to mind is the cold ceramic tiled floors in the kitchen and bathroom. Wish I had brought my slippers. 😊

We stayed here because we were bumped from the two nights we were supposed to spend in Jasper due to the wildfire. The hotel was a typical chain hotel but was clean and functional. The included breakfast was actually very good. There is a pool and a gym available. It is about half our drive from Mt Robson Provincial Park which was a pleasant bonus discovery for us, not being able to stay in Jasper. A few restaurants withina 10 minute walk.

There was not a particularly attractive view from our room but everything was fine and as expected from a chain hotel. Housekeeping was only given on request.

As soon as I entered I was welcomed by an extremely friendly front desk worker. They were so polite, suggested dinner options and even remembered my name later in the evening. I forgot my phone charger and they let me borrow one at no charge. The pool was great, very clean and the sauna is a nice bonus. The room also was very clean and had a nice big bathtub. I also enjoyed the breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Coffee maker in the room (Keurig) had grounds in the coffee no matter what I did

The room was very attractive and well appointed. The staff were friendly. We appreciated the pet friendly environment and accessible rooms. The breakfast options were great.

There should be a sign near the waterslide that tells people (at the top of the slide) to wait until the person below has safely made it down the slide and moved away from the slide. The pool was great but we ended up signalling to kids when it was safe to slide for about an hour....

Good size room, great to have two doubles and a sofa bed. Comfortable. Liked the waffle maker at breakfast. Pool and slide were great. Only there for one night en route from Kamloops to icefields and as a location was excellent. Wasn't a huge amount of choice for food eating out locally Visitor centre for information was virtually next to the hotel.

When the young man at the desk saw I had a mobility issue he upgraded our room to suit my disability and we really appreciated that. And the bed was very comfortable!

The weeds in the front were very high and It surprised us that a nice place like yours would give us such a disconcerting first impression. I started to pull some myself but had to carefully watch my balance.

Very Clean, but at the same time no strong cleaning smell in the room. Windows open for fresh air. Breakfast was great ! Delicious sausage and great waffles. It would be even better if the eggs were just scrambled ! Not everyone wants peppers 🌶️ and onions as their only egg choice. Especially kids ! Room was around $150 plus $20 for a dog. Still reasonably priced for everything you get. Room had organic coffees from dark to light ! They were amazing. Definitely 100% would stay there again.

Incredibly welcoming, thoughtful, kind staff who care that every guest is happy and has what they need! Very clean rooms and a great FULL breakfast. We had a great time in the pool, hot tub and sauna, and played table tennis and tried out the cool virtual golf game. An easy walk into town to the brewery and wood fired pizza place. Fantastic value! Would highly recommend.

The room was very spacious. We were in the accessible room. Super roomy. The beds were comfy. The pool had a cool slide down the kids. The hot tub didn't have much pressure. The staff were nice.

All good but the power went out for a good hour while we were there and no one said anything. No apologies, no compensations.y previous experiences with hotels and this kind of stuff were different

Such a pretty setting! And we spent some time at the local farmers market. We also enjoyed shopping at the attached truck stop. Great coffee cafe (Gathering place?) and waved at the train passing through. We only spent one night so our time was short but the time we had in Valemount was very pleasant!
