What I liked the most was the soup that was waiting for us when we arrived. A much healthier option than cookies. And I discovered that soup was available from noon on into the evening. What a FABULOUS idea. Another bonus was the selection of fresh fruit and hot beverages that were available at all times. The room was very clean and comfortable. And my husband enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The rooms were a good size. We asked for rooms next to each other and were accommodated. Breakfast had a good selection of food and was available at an earlier hour than expected which was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. We wish we had time to check out the pool & hot tub area.

The location is right on the highway which is easy to find. The cleanness in general is great. As you walking on the hallway to your room, it smells like a spa. The room is very clean, the bed is super comfortable.

I can hear the train but it was okay. Didn’t really bother me so much. The front desk staffs are not trained to welcome guests in above and beyond friendly manner but it was okay as I am just there to sleep for the night to continue my long drives.

My cousins were welcome in the coffee room in the morning so that we could visit in a comfortable setting.

The mattress slid on the platform which made it hard for my mother with mobility difficulties to get in & out of bed. This problem would be pretty easy to resolve.

Convenient

Room 301 DO NOT let them put you in 301 in the summer. A two foot diameter AC vent goes under your room and the room actually pulses. Room 302 was fine. I have an app on my phone to register sound and vibration. The picture shows the pulsing vibration and the dBs were 12 points higher in room 301, than room 302. Thankfully, they moved me.

Food was good. Staff were excellent.

Did not like the higher price for our second night in the same room. Wifi should be standard in all accommodations.

The facilities were clean and the staff was nice and friendly.

It was quite loud in the hotel both nights. A lot of noise in the halls made it hard to sleep.
