We had an amazing time! The pool was a highlight, and we loved having water, hot coffee, and hot chocolate available all day. The nightly snacks, like soup or nachos, were a great touch. The bar was perfect for playing pull tabs and catching sports games. Overall, it was an incredible experience.

One suggestion for improvement would be to consider noise reduction measures in the pool area, as the echo of voices can make it overwhelmingly loud. Acoustic tiles or similar solutions could greatly enhance the experience. My only other comment is minor – the presence of mosquitoes outside – but that's hardly the hotel's fault! Overall, our stay was fantastic, and these small tweaks would make it even better.

The breakfast menu is very thoughtful. It included non dairy milk with zero sugar. I am prediabetic and lactose intolerant, so that is very helpful. It has fresh blue berries and original instant oak meal with zero sugar. All of these made my breakfast much healthier and enjoyable. The staff is super friendly. Facility is modern, comfortable and clean. We are very pleased with our stay.

The staff treated me like family.. I was without transportation due to a collision with a Deer.. They made my experience a positive one, I was sad to have to leave.. they have a full breakfast, from Sunday to Thursday…They do a small, but VERY GOOD, customer appreciation from 4 pm to 8pm.. from chili/soup, nachos, to sloppy joes..they have a pool and hot tub, a workout room…they offer lemon and cucumber water along with coffee 24 hrs a day.. they have a small area with computer and printer..so I was able to get work done as well..they have drinks and snacks. Pizza (which they cook for you) and a few other frozen items, souvenir sweatshirts/ Tshirts.. a small area for a drink and pull tabs.. The staff was absolutely AMAZING and FANTASTIC! The entire area and residents were the true meaning of MINNESOTA NICE! The town is a quiet and laid back.. although cautious? They are still willing to lend a hand and the full time residents all know each other and try to help and work together to help with an unfortunate situation like mine..THANK YOU Karen, Jana, Tess, Scotta, Blaine, Jerry, Vanessa, Stephanie Raijah, and a few others I didn’t get to know as well, from making me feel SO WELCOMED…I was a Supervisor in a Resort industry for 10 years.. I was very IMPRESSED at how well ALL the staff worked together as a Team.. If there was an issue with anything on property? They worked together and quickly to resolve it..and the facility was Very clean and well kept.. I WILL BE BACK and I will DEFINITELY be recommending your hotel and area as often as possible.. The staff were excellent and went above and beyond for us in every way. They paid attention to all the small details and were extremely kind and welcoming. The entire place was sparkling clean. The location was great for viewing wildlife from the window in our room. We were on a ten day trip and the 2 nights we stayed here were the best out of all of them.

Room was immaculate, staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was great.

First night the smoke detector in our room starting going off at 6am waking us up. It was able to be silenced but would go off again and couldn't be silenced so staff removed it from the room. Pillows were a little too soft for me.

The flowers! There were flowers outside and inside! That special attention to detail made it seem so inviting. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. As an added bonus there was complimentary soup and chili available to guests in the evening which was nice to have after a long day on the road. Definitely one of my most enjoyable hotel stays!

Kind, personable staff. Loved the pool, beverages to choose from during the day, yummy breakfasts with fresh fruit, and soup night! Such a lovely place to stay while we waited for our vehicle to be fixed.
