Copper River Inn was better than I had hoped for. I really appreciated the tasteful decor and layout. Location is also good for wandering around the community and down by the river. The pool was nice for exercise and relaxing.

Breakfast offerings were limited though adequate for starting your day. No facility for sitting to take b'fast, so it has to go back to your room. Really a minor complaint.

Skyler was awesome at late evening check in. Attentive informative & knowledgeable. Well done. Very nice after a long day of travel. Breakfast had a nice assortment of food & beverage. Room was nice. Comfortable beds.

Property was beautiful. Rooms lovely. The evening staff members were wonderful Made us feel welcome. Would Stay again.

The morning staff member was not very nice and quite rude. Tbh I was shocked by his behaviour.

From breakfast to the flavoured coffees in our room… super! Bonus… walking distance to many outlets and restaurants! Thoroughly enjoyed the “Inn” feeling!

The only thing that could’ve been better was, if we could have stayed longer!

WiFi weak down to room 137. Plus that side door entrance lock on that end needs repair

Very noisy in the hallway at 1 am and 3 am Need a little bit brighter bulbs. Very dark with light on

I love the rustic atmosphere, and the friendliness of all staff. It’s my favourite hotel to stay at! Free cookies and Starbucks is definitely a bonus!

They should put a few tables in the lobby so that we can sit down to eat breakfast.

The staff was very accommodating

There was no bar, and after the long drive from Alaska, I really could have used a drink. Luckily, they sold beer at the desk.

The pool was great. However the hot tub wasn't working very well. Tepid water and the jets weren't good.
