The location was perfect for us with restaurants in walking distance and the beds were very comfortable.

We were disappointed they no longer have a pool as this is still listed in the hotel description on booking.com - the front desk staff explained they removed the pool when they renovated and they’ve provided this updated information to booking.com but for some reason booking.com hasn’t updated their description.

Spotlessly clean. Great, friendly staff. We have been here before and our experience with this property is consistently good. Room is very well equipped - lots of places to charge our devices. It has been recently, tastefully renovated. It is also quiet and you get a good night's sleep. Just one little thing....can we have the pancake machine in operation next time we come? Breakfast was really good but p[ancakes would have been the icing on the cake!

excellent breakfast. Had an email after booking saying construction happening and breakfast would be a "take and go" and was pleasantly surprised when staff said that was outdated, work done months ago, and we could enjoy a wonderful breakfast. Liked the room location at ground level with patio doors.

Our room was comfortable, large, and clean. We loved the bathroom, as the shower was the nicest and most modern that we had ever seen in a hotel. The bed was comfy. They were completing some renovations to the main lobby and breakfast room, but we did not notice any noise or dust. Staff and construction crew were all very friendly and helpful .Breakfast was available to take to your room and was a nice selection. The staff recommended a local restaurant where we had an excellent meal. We were there on Canada Day, not realizing that many stores were closed, but the antiques mall we had heard of was open and we spent some time there. The hotel was centrally located and it was easy to get around town. And our window looked down onto a Tim Horton's, so that was convenient for a coffee lover!

We had no problem with parking, although it was limited by construction. The fitness center was closed due to construction, but the area was nice and a walk outside would have been fine too. There was nothing to complain about!

Renovation upgrades were very nicely done. Room was very well equipped with amenities. Water pressure was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows were good and plentiful. Full length mirror was very handy. Parking was good. Overall impressed.

Noise from doors slamming from the stairwell exit VERY loud. Maybe put a shock on the door so it doesn't slam so hard. Driveway entrance to hotel was confusing. No clear road to get to front door entrance.

would like to see a little more variety in hot food , like some hash brown patty potatoes and maybe some bacon instead of sausages all the time. the pancake maker was not operating both mornings that we were there

I liked everything, this Comfort Inn is the best I've been to. Big room, comfy beds, nice glass shower, enough space to take my dogs out in the grass, really big tv (not that I used it but for some customer, it's interesting), good hot breakfast.

The room was very, and the beds felt clean, and it smelled clean, comfortable, it was a very good experience.

The fact their website said they had a pool but didn't, they need to update their website, that was the only disappointment we had.

Location off the 401 and proximity to 'downtown' Ingersoll :-)

The lack of cabs/taxi's/Uber in Ingersoll....maybe the Comfort imn could have a service for guests on the weekends...was there for wedding and getting both to and from Carnegie Hall was super tricky
