Great location and large rooms. Having the living area and the bedrooms was nice. It felt secure having the locked entrance at the front, and the room entrance. The parking lot was really close and it was very easy to find everything despite other reviews I've seen. Not only were there many signs, but also Google was accurate. Overall good experience. You get a lot for the price as well!

It was a little inconvenient having to use a key card for the individual bedrooms, but this is understandable for a student residence. It felt less homey than I would have liked but again, understandable as it is a school.

I have an issue with the washroom cleaness of the apt.313 and Roy who was at the Reception was very kind and very efficient and quick to solve it👏👏 I really appreciate that. Good job Roy! The beds were very comfortable and the size of the room and of the apartment too. Good to have coffee or tea every morning at the lobby. I want to thanks because we were a big family coming from Lima, Perú attending my niece's wedding and asked to be in the same floor or very close one from each other...and you did it Thanks a Lot!

Maybe some furnitures need a renovation. The sofa in my room was cut...but overall for the price everything was good!

My mom and I enjoyed our stay here more than at any hotel we've been at over the past couple years. Everything was clean, it was nice and private and quiet, the amenities provided were very nice, we appreciated the space, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was just overall a great experience!

We thought the parking arrangement was a little odd as none of the empty spaces nearest the building were able to be used. The bedrooms were rather cold, it would be nice to have extra blankets available.

Our daughter was graduating after a 3 week training/certification with MTO and we were happy to be staying at the same location. We had the pod on our own which was wonderful. It was clean. Bed /pillows were great. Cleaning staff were so friendly. Check in was smooth and girl was very helpful. If ever asked I’d not estate to recommend

Coffee in the morning took a bit to be refilled but that was probably due to the amount of people staying and lack of staff.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Residence and Conference Centre. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. It was also in a great location with easy access to transit and nearby amenities. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay!

It was just good

Location was central to amenities. Exterior property is otherwise lovely despite major onsite construction. Good signage directing guests when arriving onsite to check-in area. Room was tidy and clean. Parking was spacious (large lot). Luggage trolley was available. Hot water in the room was available quickly. In-room kitchenette was handy. Local cable tv was available in room. Despite being a busy place, our stay was quiet and unbothered. Coffee/tea available for guests was hot and fresh. Staff accommodated us by allowing us to keep some plants onsite that we purchased locally and stored them for us in the mailroom until checkout.

Power outage to the whole building due to construction was bothersome and inconvenient but the staff managed it well. No continental breakfast available. Parking at rear of building.

I loved the 2 separate rooms for my son and I He had a serious brain procedure at London hospital We will be return within the next few months for another brain procedure and I will make sure my requests are met

I thought but guess I didn’t request a bottom floor close to elevator as I have mobility issues and terrified of elevators We got the top floor and the furthest room from elevator

That it was quiet

1.Would have liked a comforter instead of just a thin sheet to cover up with. 2. Breakfast would be a nice touch. 3. Free late check out would be appreciated. 4. It was confusing to find so perhaps a better Map. 5. A patio or balcony. 6. A phone in the room. 7. A heads up that the 2 bdrm suite isn't a actual 2 bdrm unit. It's a 4 bdrm but u get the keys to 2 of the rooms. If I had known that I'd prolly not have stayed.

The price for 2 rooms was very worth it. The rooms were clean, nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The premise was big and peaceful with lots of space for taking a walk.

Some amenities weren't provided or had to be requested and put on a waitlist (?) to be provided, such as toothpaste, hair comb, water kettle, hair dryer... Though I believe this can easily be improved by the establishment

Room were large enough for our needs. It was clean, comfortable bed. We have an EV, charging was free. Staff at the desk were very helpful and polite We would stay again.

The chairs were solid but one had a bent frames. We could still use it but it rocked a bit. It’s a good walk to parking, but it’s well lit and level on the way to the residence.
