Lots of room, right by the elevator for those of us with limited mobility. Pool and hot tub very convenient and opens up at 06:30h and doesn't close until 22:00h. Staff most helpful and a walk-in shower which was most appreciated. Also an excellent, easy, keyless system to the rooms.

Why do hotels have BIG PUFFY bed coverings when we have central heating??? Apparently they would have given us blankets if we asked. Also, this hotel is a little difficult to get into because the way the highway is designed with an island running the middle of the road. The inside 'restaurant' is a 'bistro' with limited--but satisfying selection.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a great experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to new restaurants and shopping, making it a convenient choice for exploring the area. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. However, the only downside was the towels, which felt old and well-worn, not quite matching the otherwise pleasant atmosphere of the hotel.

Ambience was clean and friendly

Breakfast had to be complementary , also variety of food was limited in the morning . Refill of room refrigerator with drinking water was not policy of hotel .wifi was good . Location was Near to Airport. Front desk Staff was very cooperative.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the couch in the room. It was nice to be able to sign into our Netflix and watch movies. The shower was also really nice. Although I was expecting a tub in our bathroom I didn't mind too much.

We were only on the second floor and it had no view which didn't bother me too much but my husband likes to be on one of the higher floors. A view would have been nice instead all we could really see was the roof.

Exceptional hotel conveniently located close to airport, restaurants, and more. Our party of 6 arrived late at 1am and Sana the night receptionist was amazing, she had a warm friendly attitude, accommodated our requests, and made us feel at home. Overall very hospitable staff. Hotel rooms were clean and bathrooms were spacious. Large, clean indoor pool. Starbucks on site. Will definitely be returning when in the area. Highly recommended!!

Well it's Marriott.. I like everything

I requested early check inn through booking chat and they advised rooms will be available between 11am - 12 pm, i went there at 11:30 am and both rooms were not ready! They called me at 3pm saying one room is and the other room will need about 45 minutes! They called me at 4:15 said both rooms were ready! It was annoying my parents were with me and they were exhausted. first time this happen to me with Marriott!

Great hotel in a pretty and quiet suburb of Toronto, across the street from a shopping center. Very good gym and swimming pool, great breakfast. All the staff were really nice and helpful. The travel to downtown Toronto is super easy - by car to Bramalea GO and then take a train to Union. There is plenty of free Parkinng at Bramalea.

I really liked the overall aesthetic of the hotel. I would definitely stay again, especially for the reason I went

The only thing I didn't like was that there's no balcony. But that wouldn't stop me from booking again

the hotel has a modern aesthetic that we loved. it was clean, great water pressure and accessible lighting in the room. I liked the water filters on prem, kept my water intake on track

Room was nice and modern. Bed was comfortable.

The cleanliness of the room was ok big gross stain on the couch. Also, I thought when I booked I got a balcony room however my room had a view of the ventilation system. Lastly, when you pay these prices one would like breakfast included.
