This was our second time, staying at this hotel. We were treated so well, on our first visit that there was no question about where we wanted to stay, this time (our car battery died, our jumper cables didn't work, we didn't know who to call etc.., and the woman at the front desk basically took care of the whole problem for us!). The breakfast was very good! There was coffee, juice, yogurt, fresh apples and bananas, as well as all kinds of bread and muffins; bacon, sausage patties, AND my favorite part - little omelets made fresh! I despise the powdered scrambled eggs, so this was a real treat, and much appreciated!

The breakfast had plenty of options. The bed was great the room was very clean and tidy. The grounds were tidy and as we had a ground floor room we were able to exit and use them for my dog.

The fron desk was a little tough. Before ia rrived I did advise I had a dog but didnt get a response so they were surprised I mentioned I had a dog. He advised me I booked the wrong room. I reminded him I sent an email to advise I had a dog ad why did no one asnwer he advised no one checks that! Any how had to pay $10 more for a ground floor room and then $30 for my dog which is fine but a little upset that this was sprung on ME when I advised them!!

The hotel has breakfast included, including tea, coffee, juice, waffles, sausage, fruit, scrambled egg, wedge potatoes, jams, cream cheese, butter, honey, a variety of breads and toaster. The building is new so it is very clean. The bed sheets were clean and smelled great. The rooms are small but well equipped with mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine with a couple of cups, and body lotion. The hotel has barbecue and a deck for guests to spend time outside as well as a green area for kids to play. Checking in and out was straight forward. There is also laundry onsite upon payment in coins.

We didn't have shampoo in our room.

Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, day shift staff was very friendly, location was perfect.

I had arranged for an early checkin after an overnight flight to London. We arrived at 7:30 am and the lady at checking refused to check us in after I told her I had arranged an early. So we were forced to go drive around until 2pm on no sleep. I ended up calling back at 10am and got a different lady who looked and said yup, come on in we have you for anearly.. 5stars for her! She saved us that day. We were all terribly tired.

We booked and didnt really have an expectation for the price that we paid which was extremely reasonable. This place is what you refer to as a hidden gem... very simple but nice breakfast which hit the spot. Friendly and helpful staff to the fresh scent in throughout the hotel. The cleanliless was amazing and we will definitely be back... hopefully soon! :-)

We didnt know that we had to inform the front desk to have our rooms cleaned but its was not really an issue - just mentioning it to lets others know.

It was conveniently located for what we needed. The breakfast was very good and the staff kept replenish so never ran out. Front desk staff was friendly. It was a very quiet hotel.

The fridge was to cold and froze some things. I did tell front staff when checked out they said they would change it. Even thought we checked in with 3 people they only had 2 sets of towels so we had to ask for a third set. The room was alittle small.

My first impression came when I entered the Comfort Inn and was warmly greeted by the staff at the front desk. This nice welcome continued throughout my stay. All staff were friendly and helpful. The Hotel was very clean. The breakfast had a variety of choices and the Rooms were well appointed. The location was perfect to get to all activities in the St. Thomas/Port Stanley area.

No negatives to add. All was perfect!

I love that its been a year since we visited and the facility was still looking sparkling and fresh Breakfast is great and the rooms were very quiet. One of the quietest hotels Ive ever been in

There was a slight mechanical issue with the adjoining door for our rooms, but my husband and son are handy and fixed it so we could open the door.

Comfortable, easy to get to from Hamilton , complimentary breakfast was very good, room was a good size and bed was very comfortable.

The fact that the room I booked was a non- refundable one ( only choice left when I booked) and as such, I was not able to get any sort of partial refund even though I checked out late morning of the second day. I had only spent 1 night. Because of the rain storm, our baseball tournament was cancelled and all of us returned home.Those of the group that stayed in London were partially reimbursed, but I was out approximately $200 dollars. That’s a lot for a senior citizen!

The staff were friendly,the place was very clean and comfortable,the service provided (wifi,tv etc) was great and the location of the property was one of the best,close to stores ,beach and any places I wanted to go.The breakfast is amazing too,they have everything at the buffet.Will definitely be back,couldn’t be more satisfied.
