Very comfortable property conveniently located just next to the Blue Water Bridge. Although it's an older property and the lobby area looks a bit dated, the room itself was quite nicely appointed and updated. The bathroom was also nicely updated, and the shower was excellent. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've had in any hotel. Very satisfied with our visit. We enjoyed walking around Port Edward and enjoying the waterfront.

The lobby/reception area was dated, dark and had a bit of an old motel odor. However, the room itself was bright, clean, and nicely updated.

Location of hotel is wonderful. Close to downtown and the beach and parks. Hotel was clean but likely needs a decor overall- was a bit tired looking but great price. Breakfast was good although I felt badly for the one server who seemed to be doing everything and could definitely had an assistant. She was great but the hotel needs to give her help. Otherwise, the hotel is quite pleasant

Needs to be redecorated- rooms seem abit tired looking. Server at the restaurant definitely needs a helper. She was great but can’t do everything all by herself.

We loved everything about our stay. Staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Common areas were very nice. Room was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The restaurant had a delicious breakfast, and the pool and patio areas are very nice as well. Just a really lovely place to stay with a great location.

My daughter and I spent one night(Sunday) the hotel was nice,clean, comfortable,friendly staff,huge outdoor pool with comfy chairs and lounges.Nice little exercise room.Close to all amenities and beaches and U.S border.Would definitely stay again.

It would be nice if the pool was heated,it was a very hot day but the pool was quite cold as the weather fluctuates alot.

The location of the hotel was perfect. I like being close to the bridge, the water and the near by restaurants. The outdoor pool was nice for relaxing after a long walk down by the pier. My husband and I definitely return for a longer stay than just 2 nights.

I wasn't happy with the staff at the B & B Tap & Grill Restaurant on site. We received complimentary breakfast, my first morning the waitress brought me coffee took my order then never seen her again. I left a $5.00 tip anyway. Second morning I'm waiting to be seated and the same waitress totally ignored me to be seated, stood there for over 5 minutes. Finally seated new waitress she took forever to bring my simple complimentary menu of 4 choices and give me coffee. Once she brought my food never seen her again. Again left her $2.00. This experience didn't not make me happy.

Property was very clean. Pool property was beautiful. Service was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. No microwave in room but staff helped out

I loved the room with a king bed and the stay was so comfortable.

breakfast took over two hours bc I guess the kitchen snd wait staff were understaffed? the food was great snd once we were spoken to after about half an hour, the communication was pleasant,

We paid for an excellent breakfast on Sunday morning We were allowed to use the dining room on Saturday night as it was not being used to serve. We gathered with relatives we'd never met but found on Ancestry .ca, Staff were very supportive of us. We also liked the fact that we could access our car from our 1st-floor room.

No complaints. Wish we were able to stay longer.

The staff were friendly. Location is great. It is very close to the waterfront which is a bonus. Room Is spacious and clean.
