I liked that the receptionist was very kind. I never made it there for my stay unfortunately. The.room was booked as a simply weekend relaxing setting for my husband and I. I had recently found out we were expecting and booked the room so we could relax and I could break the news to him in a fun way. But sadly the evening before our check in date ai lost the baby. Your receptionist was extremely kind and compassionate towards me. I will still consider this destination for any future weekends away I plan.

Breakfast was reasonable for Boxing Day morning and staff availability. Taste was good but staff was having difficulty keeping up. Not unexpected given the holidays. Clean and staff was very hospitable.

Room lighting and insufficient seating. Only relatively comfortable seat was way off in the distance. There was a lot of unused space in the room that could have had a little sitting area. The room was also very dark and lighting provided was not enough. Minor details in an overall nice experience.

Love the clean, comfortable 🛌 rooms, The breakfast was delicious and served at a good temperature. The eating area was very relaxing.

We did have one small disappointment when wanting to use the pool and gym. Our room cards wouldn't activate the security doors, For these areas, We needed to trouble the front desk attending. They were polite and professional and let use in. That is only a minor negative, as We stayed at the facility. .

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with the selection available for the breakfast buffet. Staff were all extremely friendly. It was nice having an ice machine beside the elevator on our floor. I can only assume it was the same for all floors. Parking was included in the price. We went to Canatara Park Beach which is close by. It`s on Lake Huron. It was clean, not busy and has lifeguards on site.

If I had to nitpick, the A/C was a bit loud. A second chair in the room would have been nice too.

First and foremost the hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom and room was spotless. The breakfast was delicious! Great variety of breakfast foods such as eggs, omelets, breakfast potatoes, bacon, beans, cereal, bagels and bread, muffins and really good coffee. The variety of juices was also great. Orange juice, apple juice and cranberry juice were delicious. Our children enjoyed breakfast. Highly recommended!

Hotel staff are very polite and friendly. Overall the hotel was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was surprisingly good and had a good assortment. For example they had peameal bacon and turkey sausage, and two types of omelettes. Hotel was very close to highway. It was also very close to the blue water bridge area which was great for walks and relaxing Pool and workout area was also clean and tidy. Room was clean and spacious.

I stayed in different accommodations several years ago and have to say that this hotel was better. So there was nothing that we didn't like.

The location is excellent, the staff was all wonderful, welcoming and friendly, the hotel was modern, clean, and convenient with several amenities. The bed was comfortable, there were the perfect amount of pillows provided. We appreciated the free breakfast, especially the pancake machine. Although there were people in the rooms next to ours, I was pleasantly surprised to not hear much noise outside of our room, it was very quiet so we were able to sleep well! This is one of the best Holiday Inn Hotels I’ve ever stayed in, very happy overall. There is so much value for the cost, given all the positives.

The water pressure isn’t the strongest, it’s not terrible but I wish it had a little more pressure.

Location was on the outskirts of the town but as expected. Staff were excellent, super helpful and informative.

Breakfast was very limited choice wise, with no goodness in it. We had a vegan and a member of our party with a gluten allergy, their options were extremely restricted.

Quiet. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast.

Stain on bedspread. Cleaning service could be better in general as things would just be put back (sheets etc.) in place but not changed. Also, I had to go downstairs to get extra tissues around 6 or 7 pm (not late) so I’m pretty sure they are understaffed if they didn’t have a single employee available to bring them to the room.

We went for a funeral a large group of us. Staff was beyond excellent. As we were leaving to return home early 6am . The staff made us all a GO bag so thoughtful. As we wouldn't be there for breakfast they gave us all we'd need for a great start to our trip home. And we did get a little loud at times but they just smiled or laughed with us. Great great place I'd recommend anytime.
