The staff was kind and hotel was clean.

When I made the reservation, Booking.com went down & kept telling me to check if it had booked. When I checked my email, there was no booking, so I redid it and went to bed. Thanks to your website crashing we ended up with 2 rooms instead of 1. Also, the 2nd room had a broken towel holder and paper towel holder in the bathroom.

Location was good for travelling around to Quebec City, Ile D'Orleans, Mt. Ste Anne

i was a little surprised when i booked a room with "Two Queen Beds" to find out one of the beds was a Murphy bed, not what i was expecting. They need to be a little more clear on this

the free breakfast didn't seem to have anything included. when i went to see what was available all i saw was yoghurt and a couple cereal options. i was expecting a muffin or juice box to grab at least

Equipement such as tv is super cheap i would have loved the card system to work better it would need a couple tech upgrade and maybe with the available land around consider having a pool&spas area at 200+ $ a night it would really make it better

The view of the cathedral and river! The separate bedroom and Murphy bed. The comfort and cleanliness. It was quiet in the room despite being on a main road.

We were completely pleased with our room, which was actually a suite with a separate bedroom and kitchen facilities. after a very long drive, it was so welcoming to have the space and comfort of this room. The breakfast was included and there were hot items available (not always in hotel breakfasts). it was a bonus that a good restaurant was right across the street for supper after we arrived and it was also a short walk to the Sainte Anne de Beaupre shrine.

it’s on a busy street but that also meant that a gas station was close when we were leaving in the morning.

It was quiet. The service was very good. Any questions I had were answered. Breakfast was fair, but a little more variety would have been nice. Overall, I’m a satisfied client.

I was disappointed with the amount of kitchen items needed to make a meal; 1 pot and a frying pan. Also, there was no salt and pepper, napkins, or paper towels.

Great experience! Very nice hotel with excellent service. Exceptionally clean, comfy bed, good equipped kitchenette, reasonable price, pretty good breakfast. Highly recommended!
