The room was spacious and very clean. Location was perfect too, near the airport and not far from downtown and historic places.

What I did not like was that when I first made my booking I was told that the room I first selected had no air condition and I would need to upgrade to get AC which I did and I was charged more. When I arrived at the hotel I told them that I upgraded to a room with AC and they said ALL their rooms have AC. I felt I was tricked by either the hotel or booking.com to pay more.

Grateful that the complimentary shuttle service continued running even past midnight. Very delighted by the warm cookie (at 1am!!) and complimentary bottles of water upon checking in. Place was clean and comfortable and perfectly served its purpose for a one night transfer.

Nitpicking here but the room's shower drain wouldn't drain all the way, and would make a weird dripping noise in odd intervals through the night. The free wifi also had a strange upsell for getting into the Hilton Honors membership that was confusing. Room also didn't really have a view, but that doesn't matter if you're not staying long.

the gym and pool was great! I had a good workout and my wife and daughter had fun at the pool. The airport shuttles are on time and the staffs are friendly and helpful. But the best of all is the restaurant on site. Since this is the only dining option available nearby, we didn't expect much, but both the service and the food are exceptional. They definitely went out of their way to deliver value!

the rooms are a little bit small but that okay for us just staying the night and catching an early flight in the morning

The staff was super polite and helpful. We got 2 English speakers receptionists who went above and beyond to help. The beds were comfortable, and the AC is not facing the beds, so it was great! We could change AC settings, which helped a lot. Parking is paid but there's lots of space. The pool is open until 11 pm, which is awesome! And has a great shallow area for kids :)

Pool could be slightly bigger.

Bed comfortable, television large, wifi okay, walk in shower, good restaurant on the premises.

Aaaggghhhh!!! Low light! Only bedside lights and one other counter light apart from the entry and bathroom. I can’t be the only one who wants or needs to do work other than sleeping and watching television. Apart from that it gives me the screaming heebie jeebies!!! Apart from that it was a long walk from reception to my room - so anyone with mobility issues should check that when they book.

The room was spotless and well-equipped for a comfortable rest, with all the essentials in the bathroom for a refreshing shower before/after traveling (like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, body lotion, and makeup remover wipes). Decor and lighting were warm and inviting, and the 1st floor rooms were nice and quiet. The welcome cookies were a lovely touch :) and the 30 CAD buffet breakfast was very complete and tasty. Shuttle service was punctual and ran 24/7, which was really convenient.

I booked this hotel twice, both for the location. I wanted a place that was close to the airport and had a bus transfer, 24 hours a day. This hotel has that with the bonus of the transfer being free, rather its included in the price of the hotel, which is why I paid the extra, to stay there rather than a cheaper place with no Shuttle. If you get in early enough for dinner, (we were not the second time) but did first, and the menu is not to everyone's choice there is a handy and lovely italian vibe restaurant within walking distance from the hotel. I also believe there is a train station within walking distance, it was my plan to nip back into the city centre to buy a pair of boots in the morning as we had a late flight. The rooms were clean and spacious, a generic hotel in that way. I believe there were other facilities, gym and maybe a pool, none of which were used.

The menu perhaps,. The price of breakfast versus menu choice I found expensive for what it was worth. Although being gluten free, i don't trust many menus and will always be restricted. The restaurant menu was also expensive, fortunately we had access to a car if we needed to move out further for a menu to suit all appetites and budget. The cost of parking a car, was also rather expensive for the price of the room. Its location means there is limited places to park a car so it was rather harsh for my friends for one night. Admittedly if the hotel does a park and fly aspect that's a different matter but for an overnight stay at the price of the room, parking cost should be lower if at all.

We’ve been going every year on our way to Miami. No stress with the shuttle coming every ½ hour. Receiving a delicious warm cookie is a nice touch!

The restaurant menu has changed. We always looked forward to the fish and fries meal which wasn’t on the menu this year. Also, they didn’t serve Bacardi rum. They had a cheap Cuban rum and a rum from Quebec. Didn’t have a good choice of non- alcohol beer.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The room was very clean and modern, and so was every other area. The bedding was nice and comfortable, and the bathrooms had very generously sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles. There was also a nice lunch/snack area near the reception with a microwave, coffee machine, and water dispenser. Overall, it was a great experience that surpassed my expectations.

The door to the bathroom didn't lock properly (it was one of those wooden sliding doors). A little far from main attractions, but understandable since it is an airport hotel.

We booked at the last minute, after arriving in Liberia. My companion had a difficult flight, and the hotel staff were all very kind, providing a wheelchair for our temporary use. Similarly, the staff at Liberia Airport were also very kind. And whoever prepared the pasta with pesto in the hotel restaurant is a very good cook!
