The staff was very friendly and amicable. Check-in was quick and easy, and Livine made us feel welcome. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was hot, they're was plenty of options for everyone, and the 3 young ladies in charge were lovely.

The pool area had a horribly strong chlorine smell, and the floor was slippery and dangerous. There were some anti-slip mats that were helpful but not enough of those around the jacuzzi. The jets in the jacuzzi didn't work well, and the sauna was way too hot. We couldn't use it. Finally, there was no table lamp on any nightstand in the room. We managed without them, but it would be good to have one.

We were given a disability-accessible room on the main floor (although we didn't ask for one or require it) and it was extremely spacious with a very tall ceiling and plenty of room to move around in, particularly if there was a wheelchair being used within the room. The bathroom was very roomy with an easy-access shower and toilet. We liked the additional little heater in the bathroom. Breakfast was great, served just off the lobby. Everything felt new and very clean.

The floor was made of a decorative cement-type material that reminded me of the washroom floors in my old elementary school back in the 60's. Although the floor was warm (was it a heated floor? not sure....) it gave the room somewhat of a "sterile" presentation with an echo-y feel to it. We did enjoy the room, mind you, but probably would have preferred just a regular room with some coziness to it.

Great for an overnight stay on our way back to Montreal after visiting Gaspe. Clean and newer property. Loved the flooring , no carpet! Breakfast was good. AC was not turned on when we got to our room and had to get help from the front desk and this was easily resolved. Bathroom was huge while the room was small in size.

The breakfast was very good. The late hours for the pool area were much appreciated. Pool, sauna, hot tub, open till 10. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was super comfy, and the shower was large enough for 3 people if needed.😉😄

Big room, great lobby And sweet staff

Need the card to take elevator, inconvenient when hands are full, and also the door of the elevator closes way to fast, dangerous to lose a child and with the scanning of the card, the elevator as time to be reset to another floor

Very clean, large room with 2 queen beds. The breakfast included was very good, fresh items. Personable staff. Made great recommendations for local restaurants

New hotel. Staff bilingual and helpful. Breakfast was well presented and stocked. Requested room change from next to elevator (poor sleeper). Staff accommodated with lovely suite at end of hallway. Front desk staff helpful in printing boarding passes. Highly recommend this property for your next stay!

Had all we wanted and is near Reford Gardens . Best value we had over 5 nights , with another couple, so two rooms per night. Best price of 5 rooms (10 total). Fairly new and well kept. Good breakfast. Good staff.

A hotel with great soundproofing and a variety of unexpected amenities. The included breakfast had a lot of selection, quality was alright. Spotlessly clean rooms with great staff. The choice was pillows and mattress topper was perfect. My favourite hotel from my stay in the region.

The heating system is an AC unit that blows air and is noisy. I switched it off because it disrupted my sleep, but I woke up cold. That was the battle.

The hotel was a brand new, the room was large and modern, the BF was above the average, and the access to the highway was excellent. It was pity that we did not bring swimsuit for the pool and sauna.

The TV was not working.
