The waterslide was the highlight. The pool was very busy Friday and Saturday night but we pretty much had the pool to ourselves during the week. We were there visiting family and my kids were so happy for some relief from the “boredom”.

The breakfast was “meh”. Lots of options without any really great ones. My kids weren’t impressed and I have to eat gluten free so most days we didn’t eat there. Some of the breakfast staff seem to be “over it” and are not very friendly or helpful. One day (on the weekend) my son spilled a whole cup of very hot coffee all over my legs and no one even came out to see if I was ok or to help us clean it up. But on another day (during the week), a different woman went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. So I guess if you can stay during the week I would recommend that over the weekend.

My kids love this hotel so much! They asked me to give it 5 stars comments: perfect TV program, YouTube, video games on TV, pefect pool and hot tub, good breakfast… They want to come back here again:-)

Please fix the ventilation system in the indoor pool. Otherwise, the door of the pool is opened all the time for the outdoor and indoor air exchange. In the summer, it is good. However in the early of winter, it seems a little bit cold in the pool since the wind cools off the water. Thank you!

A major reason, why we stayed was: We were traveling long distance with up to 12 hours and more of driving daily. We drive an EV. The fact, that this hotel had free over night chargers was a huge relieve and saved us about 1 hour of our next lag. Having a room, practical next to the charger was an extra bonus. We travel this route about twice year and consider this hotel again, for our next trip. Since we always arrive late, it was appreciated, that the cafe was still open for a good, small meal. Eating while driving, is sometimes not an option.

I would have wished a place to stay over night, closer to our main route. Getting back onto a main route was a bit setback. The breakfast was a big disappointment and far the quality of a fast diner like A&W. The last time in the area, we stayed at a not recommended hotel, but their breakfast was a lot better, including classical Canadian and other hot options, better coffee, better eggs, great, fresh waffle dough and better bread and bagel choices. As for the beds, I think the springs were noticeable, but in that regard, I am not too fuzzy. We had problems cooling down the room to sleep temperature, using the thermostat. So, the sleep was a little spotty.

The location was perfect, far enough away from the hustle and bustle but still close to the city. The room was fantastic and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The location has 3 eataries in its compund so not to worry about food options. Rooms are neat and clean with all amenities. They have SMS enabled interaction with reception to sort out any issues with your stay

breakfast place is very small and cant accommodate the number of visitors. Decent ~10kms away from amin village so can take up driving time and traffic in the main village

We liked the room we stayed in. The beds were extremely comfortable! The pool was great, especially the slide. The breakfast was delicious. The waffles were excellent!

Unfortunately, footsteps and thumping can be heard while trying to sleep. The walls are thin! The towels in the bathroom and pool area are so rough, it hurts to dry off. It would have been nice if the hot tub was indoors by the pool, instead of outdoors.

Warm and friendly staff, they were very understanding and the housekeepers were very patient (i think we were the last to check out in our floor) Loved their swimming pool, my kids loved it too! Free breakfast was okay, we were able to bring the food in the room for the kids to eat.

It's not really a big thing, and not something that we like; we know it's normal, but the breakfast area could get very crowded during their peak hours.

The cushions were not at all comfortable very bulky and not in good shape. Breakfast time kitchen staff were very efficient. However waffle machine are kept in very wrong place and in corner and difficult to make and because of the there is huge line for waffle and we cannot get other stuff like boiled eggs. Really need rearrange the breakfast area. and add more variety.

Breakfast was basic and acceptable. Staff very friendly. Pet friendly is essential in my family. Car charging was not mentioned but they had 6 complimentary plugs! Great, thank you! Pool and hot tub were great after a day of activity in the area (hiking and cycling). Close to Mt Tremblant but not at the ski centre so lower cost for the room and free parking!

We were given a wheelchair accessible room meaning that it was sparsely furnished. It was ok but a regular room would have been better. The shower curtain did not reach the floor of the shower stall so a lot of water spilled to the floor. I mentioned it when checking out that they should purchase and install some shower curtain rings in order to lower the curtain and keep water in the shower stall.

The property was clean,the stuff were helpful, location was about 15 minutes driving to city center! After all was good

I didn’t like the breakfast it wasn’t good compared to the price that I paid for, since I stayed for two nights, we had to go to near by coffee shops to have a decent breakfast!
