I enjoyed the breakfast service included. Room cleaning service. Had issues trying to to figure out the heater and management came immediately to help with that. Front desk was smooth and easy. All staff friendly. I loved the entertainment they had at the restaurant.

I believe there was only one elevator. If they had one on either end of the hotel it be great. There's stairs, but it can get confusing depending on where your room is located. I feel a great edition would be a full-body mirror in the room. The hotel is located right off the highway. I assume for some it is great. It was quite a commute for me by Uber to get to most locations.

Everything except when I went early to make sure my room will be ready upon my return. The old lady at the reception was not polite enough and the look she gave me was not at all warm. But there was a young girl and a bald young man were super courteous.i know when people are not behaving according their position. A little morning or afternoon with a smile carry a lot of respect.

Just like I mentioned earlier.the janitorial service impeccable.i trained a lot of workers in that field

Room was big enough, plenty of space for 4 adults, comfy beds, nice bathroom, enough parking space. Location near to tourist attractions.

Bath shower was okay but not as good as compared to other Days Inn that I have stayed. 4 adults staying in a room but only 2 coffee packets available (didn't wanted to ask reception for more as we reached after midnight) but it would be nice to have enough for people staying.

The friendliness of the front desk staff, the cleanliness of the room, but most importantly, the locked and secured parking lot was the best!! I had read horror stories of tourists car’s being vandalized or stolen from other hotels with open parking lots. So I’m so glad this hotel offers a secured and locked parking lot. Thank you!

The mini split AC unit was extremely loud.

The bathroom had only a tiled shower stall and no bathtub. Strange swing set up of the bath door opening blocked the mini fridge. No hand towels were provided, just 2 extra large bath towels, 2 face wash cloths. No plastic cups to drink water from. Very confusing exits to parking lot. Lots of stairs to climb to get up and down from my second floor room.

More hand towels, and a single bed 🛌 in a room on the main floor.

It was a good deal fir the money. Clean and close to one of the main roads. The one thing I was a bit concerned was the parking. There were not enough spots past the ramp, but I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I wanted to go to the Ild Montreal and the young lady at the reception gave me step-by-step instructions how to get there using metro. She wrote it down for me! I wax very grateful.

Staff were professional, personable, and helpful. Facilities and amenities were clean. Air conditioning was responsive. Appreciated that windows could be opened for fresh air.

Very little sound proofing between floors. Stayed in room on 1st floor and had continual noise in evening and morning from other guests and housekeeping trolleys in 2nd floor hallway that was over above room.

Great option for a business trip. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Free parking.

big traffic jams in the location of the hotel. you have to spend a lot of time to get from the hotel to any place in Montreal. and also the cafe in the hotel is bad. the food is not tasty.

The hotel was super clean, and there were no issues on checking in. My room was in a quiet corner on the 2nd floor.

No elevators (but only 2 floors). My room was above the bar / restaurant, so I was awakened around 11h30 with loud talking and laughter that lasted another 1 or so. Some super noisy guests who put their kids in the hallway to cry and scream at 3 am! Seriously loud and exaggerated, yawning for 30 min in the hallway by someone. The shower curtain was not waterproof and soaked with shower water and leaked all over the bathroom floor. I cleaned it up myself because of my final dislike: 200$ damage deposit and, upon checking out, I had to wait for the receptionist to inspect the room BEFORE getting my refund (which I got).

The room was very spacious. I like that the room didn't have carpeting. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was easy to get to and centrally located to our events.

My only issue were the matresses. It might be time to consider replacing them. They're starting to get a little springy. Also, maybe having an extra blanket in the room.
