Great location & electronic keyless entry worked seamlessly. It was also clean & the AC unit worked great & kept us comfortable.

There were a few items that were in need of repair (e.g. the oven handle was broken & held together with duct tape & the kitchen had some dings on the wall that needed spackle & paint.). We also didn’t receive any instructions for use of the rooftop patio. We looked around and found a hallway with stores cleaning supplies and a door lock that required a code for re-entry but no information or code was provided. I would have appreciated clear instructions on how to use that feature of the apartment.

Clean, excellent location, secure, air conditioned, full kitchen, washer/dryer. There was plenty of water pressure for the shower, which i really like. The host was responsive and helpful.

I needed to extend my stay an extra day, and my request was satisfied, but the cost per day nearly doubled to almost $600 with taxes. I agreed, I didn't have much choice, but I felt that this was exorbitant. The place is probably worth $350 /day in the high season. I'd stay here again if I got a better deal; I will be shopping for one.

Great bar up the road. The noise of the street was very minimum. Parking on the street was free on Sunday. Lots of shops nearby. Apartment was very small, but it had everything we need for a few nights away. The kitchen was very large and had everything you needed.

We could hear the washing machine from the next apartment. It was on when we had gone to bed after 10pm and shock the whole bed. We thought there was something wrong until we found out what it was.

Excelent location, in the heart of Mont-Royal Ave, near to lota of restaurants, bars, bakery, cafees, close to the beautiful Parc La Fountaine, close to Metro, the room was nice and clean, the host was very hellful and careful.

Parking may be a little difficult in thia area if you get a car. The building was a little bit old and you need to climb a high stairs to get to the apartment. The wooden floor was a little bit noisy and the courtains did not black out the sun early in the morning.

The location was very close to where I wanted to be. The area had plenty of restaurants and shops for all your needs. You are on a bus route and the metro is not very far away. The cooking utensils were all adequate for the 5 days I was there. My place was on the 2nd floor, so not many stairs. There is a patio area but I was there late November, so I didn't use it.

Closet space is a challenge. A little deceiving from the pictures. The water heater takes up 3/4 of one of the closets and the air conditioner takes up one side of the bed storage.

Location was great. The apartment was really clean! The cleanest I have ever seen in Montreal (and I visited many). Nice patio and comfort environment.

Stairs are narrow and steep (like many old buildings in Montreal). The patio was nice, but there is no cover from bird poop.

Very clean, modern, great location near restaurants and on a lively street, ten min walk to metro. Nice shared balcony on which to read. Quiet considering the location. Bathtub, laundry, and full kitchen.

Wifi was weak/inconsistent Fold out bed not very comfortable.

Potential lack of privacy as living area opened onto shared space. Not an issue while we were there as it was cold so outside area not in use.

The location was great, in a street full of nice bagel places, ramen and poutine. The flat was fully furnished, very well equiped and great for families. You can ask for a baby cot, which was a big plus for us. The place was clean and the bed comfy.

There is no lift so if you have luggage and a pram you have to be ready to climb the stairs

Clean, self-contained apartment in an excellent neighborhood in Montreal. Very easy check-in experience and a paid parking lot a few blocks away.
