Amazing location! I'm not sure why this place has a low rating. It gets the job done. Two good sized bedrooms, can sleep a bunch of people. I was here with 8 people and we made the one bathroom work fine. If you're expecting shiny, high end cabinetry and furniture, then this is not for you but if you want a comfy bed, hot showers and a place to heat up a meal and hang out with your friends before going out, then this has everything you need. The location is worth it - convenient to everything Montreal has to offer. I especially like that it's all door code access vs keys.

Excellent location in heart of Mont-Royal neighborhood, with dozens of places to eat and drink nearby. Highly walkable and bike able area. Flat is a little tiny for four adults but the convertible couch is decently comfortable. Everything we needed was there.

Just be aware that there are a lot of steep steps, but that seems to be the case if you rent anywhere in the neighborhood. Patio is kind of meh, not a great location to hang out, but we didn't rent it to hang out there! Parking is available, but not straightforward to find/figure out. I would have liked more help with this. Price was okay for the weekend we rented, but overall city accommodations were very pricy on a big weekend (Canadian Grand Prix). That's on us though, we didn't know about the race!

Very comfortable and clean apartment - super spacious and cozy. Loved the balcony, couldn't hear the other neighbours at all, and in such a great part of the city. I didn't want to leave!

The lock on the door was just a little loose which was a tad disconcerting, but it still locked. If they repaired that it would be a flawless experience, in my opinion.

Steep staircases. Difficult to navigate with luggage. Parking was a headache.

Location convenient . Kitchen well equipped . Spacious enough for family of 5 grown ups .

No elevators . Perhaps Booking .com should be specific about locations of apartments and that they are way up high without elevators . That way people truly know what to expect . That’s just how apartments are in Montreal .

location is really great and central to everything

the check in process is complicated. You have to provide your credit card info to them to place a hold on damage deposit.

Quit bedroom

The outside area is not private. Building itself feels very cheap.
