The location was amazing. We loved the pedestrian streets, and there were so many places to find good food and drinks. The apartment itself was lovely. Getting more supplies for the apartment was easy. And so great to have a laundry in the apartment!

The air conditioning unit was probably in need of a service; it iced over and was leaking and making a lot of noise. The dryer also left black marks on our clothes unfortunately.

It was close to the metro, to restaurants. It’s a very good location. It was grey quiet during the night even on the weekends.

The entire place was very dusty. Especially on the walls in the bathroom, which probably comes from the filthy air conditioning filter. This is something that can be cleaned monthly. We do that at home as well. Same goes for the filter in the dryer, that filter can be vacuumed to keep it clean. Also something that can be from time to time. What I don’t like is, when I found hair in the bathroom, something g that is not acceptable especially in the shower and sink. There is place for improvements.

The location and amenities are great. All the things in the kitchen are perfect for a couples stay. Short will to metro and many busses. Cool neighborhood with many restaurants, bars and cafes.

We could hear conversations in the room next door as if they were in the same room with us. It seemed to be more so right near the window where the head of the bed is located. Total bearable if you have good earplugs. Also would be nice to have some shelves to store the clothes not just the top shelf of the hanging closet.

Loved it. The location is perfect as there are tons of little cafes, bars, diners, supermarkets all around the hotel. There is a metro stop just a few minutes walk from it and it's connected with the whole city. The place is comfortable and supplied with everything you need for your stay (from toiletries to kitchen supplies)

the shower was a bit clogged and didn't drain the water very well, the quality of the toilet paper was a bit low, they could invest in some better one since the overall level of the place is very good.

Washing machines and detergent, coffee maker and supplies. It is so helpful to have the supplies to use the equipment!

For being a tech-based booking system, the last minute bookings and needs are too much for the system to pivot. It was frustrating and layered and we needed last-minute accommodations because of a cancelled flight. Having to download an app while traveling just to get answers on verifying the booking was annoying and caused panic for us. I felt bounced around. This was booked through booking.com which doesn’t sync well that quickly. There was a strange payment malfunction that took too much time to remedy and went unexplained. It makes me hesitate booking a property without onsite staff.

Great area, there is a wonderful French bakery cafe in the ground floor of the building which is perfect for having breakfast. Apartment was well equipped.

Unfortunately the kitchen devices had some very bright lights which were annoying at nights. There was an issue with the door code but the team did a good job at handling it once notified. It’s important to note that people from the team are only reachable via phone/app. I’m totally fine with that, but it’s a trade off.

The ease of checking in was great and being able to conduct all affairs and communication through the app was a nice touch. Being able to add my wife to the stay was very helpful. Having access to a luggage storage room for early arrival and after made the trip much better. That was very appreciated! Oh, having access to the lobby bathroom was clutch—I stepped outside, crossed the street, and a bird pooped right into my open hand.

The floor under the bed could use a cleaning. I dropped something and looked under there...yikes!

Fantastic location with great walkability; a ton of amenities around including restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. The property was fairly quiet despite being near a busy street - noise was minimal, but ear plugs were provided in the room (although weren’t needed!). A full kitchen was provided with some cleaning supplies, hand soap and laundry detergent for a few loads if one were to need to do a wash.

A little extra shelving or hooks in the bathroom would’ve been helpful to hang wet towels, clothes, or toiletry bag.

Good location, in walking distance of metro and shops, quick connection to the Gare Centrale. Place was really nice and comfortable, equipped well and stocked with essentials. The self-serve luggage storage is a big benefit. The hallway perpetually smells of freshly baked bread thanks to the bakery downstairs.

We didn't receive the exact loft that we booked, though it is similar.

The place was very spacious, comfortable, and large windows to let in natural light. There were also a number of lamps to allow for soft light in the evening. TV service was fantastic too, ROKU TV. Full kitchen with utensils, coffee pot, kettle, pots pans, microwave, toaster, and oven. The shower and toilet facilities were very well kept. Large shower, good water pressure. On top of the shower room, there was also a washer and dryer as well as hanging space for any clothes. Very close to Mont-royal metro station and very close to lots of nearby shops. All in all, out of all the places I have ever stayed in my travels, Sonder has been the most impressive and comfortable, and I'd certainly stay again if I ever visit.
