Breakfast was decent and the hot items changed the 2 mornings we were there which is nice. Great pool waterslide for kids of all ages (we had ages 4 through 16) and lifeguard on duty when waterslide operating. Called hotel directly afterwe made our booking for 2 rooms to request adjoining rooms and they were able to accommodate our request.

The staff were wonderful. And Rojan secured me a room close to the back door which was close to my car which was my preference. I was very pleased.

This is more a guest behavior issue, but the constant slamming of the heavy room doors was relentless. Very hard to relax with all the noise. Especially in the morning. It’s the rush-hour of door-slamming as guests check out. Enough to make me not choose big box hotels with interior access.

I liked the location with walking distance to the mall, and grocery and restaurants of choice. There were plenty of towels. The hot breakfast had plenty of everything it seemed to me. Beds were comfy and I had a good sleep and plenty of hot water. The greek restaurant Manos in the mall highly recommended by the front desk and did not disappoint. Get the dessert too.

No clean remote program. There was a missing light bulb in my washroom. When I walked thru the room, for some reason the TV stand would wobble and make noises. Funny but yes true. The pool area was packed. Maybe try that next visit. Did not see a sauna but there was a fitness area and a hot tub. Bathroom fan had some squeal on startup

Property was clean. Staff was friendly. Location good. Easy to find. Pool was fun for the kids. Continental breakfast was better than expected.

The pool slide and hot tub wasn’t working every day we tried to use it. The slide was working one of the afternoons but it was down in the evening even though the sign at front said it was open until 10pm. Wifi kicked in and out. Not enough parking stalls for number of guests

Bed very comfortable.

No Mouthwash in room, no bottled shampoo, no little touches very basic. The heater was is placed right under the window so it blows the curtains up and holds all the heat near the window. And is constantly letting the light in.

Some good choices for food. Breakfast was in a good location but the layout was very congested. Ran out of forks

At breakfast, there was no butter! only margarine (YUK). Luckily I was able to use the spreadable cream cheese. Please add hot chocolate (mix packs would be ok). Bacon was cold - had to microwave it.

The breakfast is great, there's enough parking, and the rooms are large. The beds are comfortable, and it's nice they have a microwave and fridge in the room.

They have a nice big TV, but it seems to be set to private streaming channels - I couldn't get actual TV on it.

We stayed one night and felt it was good value for money. The staff were friendly, it was clean, good wifi, lots of parking, the pool is really nice and the breakfast is off a good quality for complimentary breakfast.

Nothing to complain about.

The man during the day/morning was disengaged and somewhat rude. Very little warmth or welcoming. Main word is “likewise”. Didn’t do anything outright but seemed almost irritated by any question or inquiry

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was the best part, with eggs and sausage and baked goods.

The tub creaked when I showered, but it held up. I have literally never heard that before in my life
