The property itself is absolutely beautiful. The staff were very friendly and professional and helpful. They would go above and beyond to ensure you were happy with your stay. The rooms are large and comfortable, as well as the balcony. The bedding was the best of our 3 stays on the island, what you would expect from a high end hotel, slept very comfortably. Please be aware that there is not much in the surrounding area for grocery shopping or shopping in general, and very limited with surrounding restaurants. The staff recommended Madiba our second night (closed on Mondays), and it was our favorite place to eat. Very hidden, after Purple Turtle Beach.

We had dinner at the restaurant the first night, and my husbands prawn pasta dish was an absolute joke, especially considering the cost. An 8 year old could have cooked something up more appetizing. I ordered pizza for myself and twin toddlers, and it was perfectly fine -hard to mess up pizza. It was just very disappointing, and I am glad I did not try to order anything more expensive or fancy. There are not many options nearby, but I do advise eating anywhere else.

The hotel met all expectations. The property is gorgeous and the room was extremely spacious and comfortable. I really loved the double rain showers and bathtub, as well as the modern elements. Had a restful night's rest and didn't want to leave bed. Breakfast was included and also another highlight of our stay. Staff were also super friendly and helpful.

Wish it was all inclusive so we could enjoy more without worry of the bill afterwards. There wasn't much to do on the property after certain times. It was also pretty quiet so more for relaxtion.

The staff were incredibly and very attentive. I just would have liked more food options to cater for my dietary restrictions. Gluten free bread would have been great. Labels on the breakfast buffet to indicate what allergens were included in each dish would have been really helpful. But the staff were very accommodating none the less.

We loved the spectacular location, which offered easy access to hiking and snorkeling. The gardens on the property are beautiful , and there are incredible sunset views over the Caribbean from the pool. It is a totally relaxing atmosphere. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed,as well as immaculately clean. The food is delicious. We especially loved the local specialties in the menu and enjoyed the selection of bush rums.

We loved everything about the property.

Every corner of this hotel had a picture perfect view of the island. It was absolutely stunning. The views, the scenery, the grounds were incredible. The beautiful landscape with the gardens and pools! Breathtaking

I stayed during the week for 3 nights. I would’ve loved if there was some sort of entertainment at night. The place was quiet everywhere. The food- In my honest opinion the food really needs to improve. It’s nice, but it’s not anything special especially for the price you pay.

The landscaping was so lush and the staff so pleasant, so relaxing to be there. So many lovely interactions with staff, including Kenisha, Nicole, Fernando, Samar, Brad, Wayne, and others whose names we didn’t catch. Our thanks for their gracious welcome to us. Lovely facilities, too.

There was nothing to complain of.

It was the best hotel in Dominica. Really clean and nice and the staff were great. So friendly and helpful. Suresh the chef went out of his way to cook a special Indian food for us for a couple of nice which we appreciated a lot.

They had the same menu for the lunch and dinner everyday which was disappointing for such a nice hotel. If they can put variety in their menu would be excellent.

The staff was very frendly,helpful ,accomodating ,and was always willing to do extra to may you stay at the hotel comfortable.

They didnot have live entertainment on week-ends.

when it rains the corridors get very wet . not enough choices in beverages for diabetics.

We found that the food needs to be rethought breakfast was very good but lunch and dinner for a 5 star hotel was not up to par .
