Our hotel stay on Les Saintes was truly exceptional. The hotel's picturesque setting provided breathtaking views. Our accommodations were very nice, with a bathroom featuring dual sinks and a comfortable shower. The air conditioning worked flawlessly. We enjoyed unwinding on the patio, taking in the stunning view of the water and coastline while enjoying a drink. The swimming pool was conveniently located near our accommodations, allowing for easy access. A charging station for golf carts, which can be rented in town, was also provided. The hotel staff provided exceptional support during a swimming and snorkeling incident, working closely with first responders. We are extremely grateful for their assistance. We wholeheartedly recommend this location for your stay on Les Saintes.

Although the stay was amazing, they might want to consider providing more help with taking luggage to the room. There are lots of steps etc.

Lovely property with excellent facilities, including restaurant, beach, pool, and access to many water related activities. Hotel provided a free shuttle bus to the village at regular times during the day, and by appointment in the evening for a reasonable fee. On-site restaurant and bar were very good. All the staff were friendly and responsive, and patient with our poor attempts at French. Our room was on the top floor of the Residence building, and we had a beautiful view of the bay looking toward Pain du Sucre Beach and Guadeloupe in the distance.

Located some distance from the town, so getting back and forth can be a bother. We mentioned the shuttle bus, and other forms of transport can be arranged - rental bikes, scooters, and golf carts seem to be most popular.

Shuttle to and from the village is invoiced although the website says it is a free shuttle only if you click to get more info you discover it is only free for arrival and departure.

Great location and views. Very nice pool. Breakfast good. Staff friendly although few spoke English or were willing to speak English.

Very calme and remote hotel on the island. Perfect spot to relax. We particularly enjoyed the pool at sunset.

The common areas in the new building looked a bit like a hostel, but the terrace and view absolutely make up for it.

Location is unbeatable especially if you have your own transportation. Views and the fact that you can rent seabobs and beach toys right there is great from a separate business. Bar, pool, and swimming beach are amazing. Room was very clean and in good shape. The woman at the front desk was perfect. She was so helpful and even spoke english for us.

Wifi internet in the rooms and the common areas for the most part was unusable for anything but checking email. 2mbps in the rooms is not worth even mentioning. Dinner was one of the worst meals we had on the whole 13 day trip to Guadeloupe. Service was good but food was bad. Breakfast was just ok. Only eat the food if you can't find a way into town.

The place was really nice, and the shuttle between the village and the hotel is a big plus!

Unfortunately, we had cockroaches in our room in the night at 11pm. The reception closes at 8:30 PM, so we had no choice but to sleep with them. The next day, the staff moved us to another room, but sadly the problem persisted. As compensation, we were offered a cocktail at the bar, but the waitress was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She told us we had no choice in the cocktail and spoke to us in a very arrogant and unpleasant manner.

The room had a mold smell and we could also see mold on the walls. There were no duvets in the room, only a small blanket to share. Open concept shower, which made the whole room humid.
