Excellent Breakfast, good customer service at reception desk.

Room comfort was very freezing during night even with the rug ( I asked and it was given to me ). Day time temperature was good in the room but at nights i guess hotel is saving electrical bill, sacrificing customer comfort. It is not a big logic to have AC turned on during day time cooling and around 10 PM switch to heat and turn off heat around 9 AM. I will not stay during OCT /NOV in this hotel. For families and seniors ask if they have heat before booking the reservation.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was crystal clean. Modern clean design, very attentive to details. The room was comfortable, and so was the bed. The lobby is pleasant for business or leisure. Location was convenient. Quiet neighborhood.

The gym was very small. With 4 people there you could not get in. The first room we stayed in, on the 8th floor was a bit small (13.5 sqmtr). But more problematic was the fact the TV on the adjacent room was very loud and was disturbing us. I expect better insulation between rooms. When we moved to a room on the 2nd floor it was alright. Much larger room (possibly because it was wheelchair enabled) and quiet.

We stayed for just one night, and for that purpose, it was a perfect choice. The rooms were nice and well-equipped, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff was friendly, although we only interacted during check-in and check-out due to the short stay. Breakfast wasn’t included, but it was delicious and offered a great variety — definitely worth the extra charge. A big plus is the location: Sants train station is just a 2-minute walk away, and the entire city is reachable within about 15 minutes by metro.

Extremely efficient business hotel in all senses of the term. The staff were super helpful, the online check-in and room selection procedure was amazing, the breakfast was perfect for a business day, the location is 5 minutes from two metro stations, making it an extremely convenient place to stay for meetings anywhere in the city, check-out was quick and smooth. The room was super clean, and I did not need any further cleaning services during the 3 nights I stayed. This also allowed me to get a free-drink coupon as a green initiative -- loved it! Overall, an excellent experience. Will stay here once again if I visit Barcelona for work, and will also recommend to everyone else visiting the city for business.

The free WiFi in the room could be a little better, in my opinion. I did not try the paid WiFi though. Same for mobile reception, I think it was a little off in my room. Dinner at the hotel restaurant starts at 8 pm, slightly late than what I am used to, but I think it is as per the custom of the city. There are plenty of food joints near the hotel anyway, if you want a quick bite at other times. Overall, just nitpicking, no specific complaints. Loved my stay.

This is a beautiful property and I think it's a great value considering how nice it. The room is huge and really well laid out. It has great lighting, lots of places to put your things and we even had a couch. The bed is very comfortable. The only issue was that the room was very stuffy and warm, even after turning down the heat. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the main Sants train station and there are metro stops down the street (it's in a very nice local neighborhood). The staff was very helpful. At 4:15 am during an enormous rain storm, they went out of their way to help us - and even went out in the storm with giant umbrellas to help us to the taxi (sorry I don't have their names).

Rooms were clean, comfy and modern, they looked like recently refreshed. Good shower pressure and room soundproofing. Suitably close to the main train station but substantially longer than it looked on Google maps.

Lack of sufficient hooks for clothes in bathroom- don't understand why hotel designers never realise this shortcoming. I must say all the hotel room rates in Barcelona were shockingly high..... in my view no decent hotel with reasonable rates so NH Sants ended up to be the best value we could find that met our requirements.

I had a great stay at NH Sants Barcelona! The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to get around the city. Despite being so central, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The interior is really modern and fancy, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. One of the highlights for me was the breakfast buffet—it had a huge variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Barcelona!

The only downside of my stay at NH Sants Barcelona was the noise. I could hear people having intimate interactions, which was a bit uncomfortable, and there was also a lot of noise from people walking around and moving furniture in the room above mine. It definitely affected the overall experience, but aside from that, everything else was great.

The hotel is very nice, although a bit expensive (I was there in the mid of August and it cost almost 250 € more than an almost similar hotel where I stayed the previous year). The nearest metro station is like 600 meters from the hotel, while in front of the hotel entrance itself there's a bus stop that takes you to some of the most popular Barcelona attractions (and there's anyways plenty of other nearby bus/subway stops).

The hotel and the room were very clean, although when we arrived to our bedroom we found a bit of dust on a shelf in the bathroom of our room and also a couple of hair here and there (maybe it was also the very bright light enhancing that). Not a big deal, really, but if I have to suggest something to be improved it would be this.

More or less, everything went well. Particularly cleaning of the room which was on a dayly basis. Breakfast was excellent.

My room was in the basement and not quite positioned one would like (no view, another building opposite and close to the window. Although the room had all the necessary facilities I think that the price should be lower. I do not know what the prices of the other, better positioned rooms, are but this one is too high.

-Location- quite close to the metro, supermarkets and many bakeries and restaurants nearby -The cleaning - maybe it would be a good idea to equip the bathroom with a toilet brush too

- Small, dark room overlooking an interior courtyard - I was charged after check out, even though we did not consume anything from the minibar, and I still haven't receive a response to my message sent to the property via booking, to clarify what that charge is.
