The staff so nice and helpful. Loved that our rooms were always cleaned everyday after we returned to our room. Also, we got the turndown service with chocolate on the side of the bed, was so thoughtful.

The pool, didn’t like that it was surrounded by buildings & no sun so it was cold & isolated.

Our suite was on two levels, an appreciated architectural sophistication. But even beyond that, the artwork displayed on the walls was simply the best we've had the pleasure of encountering, given the cliché of poor hotel wall-art. This was intriguing work, in a city known for intriguing art.

There was a misunderstanding concerning a pre-booked taxi service on our arrival at the Barcelona Airport. Taxi service was easily available, as it turned out, but we were expecting a scheduled pick-up, as per text /email confirmation. This may or may not have been autogenerated by the website, we are still looking into that, but in the end it made little difference.

We are a family of 2+2 and we wanted to stay close to the city centre so that we could walk everywhere. The location of this hotel is great. There are some nice restaurants and coffee shops near the hotel. La Rambla and Sagrada Família are within walking distance (approx 30min). Staff was friendly. The suite we got was 2 floor and very spacious. Great facilities and very clean. Pity breakfast wasn’t included in the price (200€ /night). We enjoyed our stay in Barcelona and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for nice and quiet place to stay- and close to the city centre at the same time.

Perfect hotel conveniently located to explore the whole city, near big public transit stations and still in a quiet side street of the city. Comfortable duplex with stylish interior design, good beds and clean room.

the hotel was immaculately clean and the family room was spacious and well presented. staff in the hotel were friendly and always happy to help. they helped us out by arranging banners balloons and a cake to celebrate my daughters birthday on our arrival which was a nice touch

nothing really, only downside was not being informed of the mini bar prices/charges prior to booking which were quite expensive.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Chabad and L’illa Shopping Center in the Les Cortes neighborhood. Very walkable with a mini mart, fruit store, meat stores, bakery and two Farmacias within a block walk. The front desk staff were welcoming, helpful and gave us advice on a flamenco show (spot on). It’s rare to find staff that’s attentive and they were a big 10/10. They also spoke English very well. Our room was uniquely decorated with African artifacts from the owner’s trips. Very spacious room and well-appointed bathroom. Small refrigerator and TV. The small restaurant downstairs had a fine breakfast. The chocolate croissants and Spanish cheeses were delicious. They will make you cappuccino, cafe con leche macchiato on request for no extra charge. Although not connected with the hotel, the Spanish tapas restaurant next door was wonderful and authentic. Only 10-13 Euros to take a cab to Las Ramblas, Sagura Familia and Parc Guell. Taxi stand on the corner but metro stations and busses are available too with a short walk.

The bathtub is deep but difficult to get in and out of. Tricky water controls, slippery tub and floor when wet. Not for someone with mobility issues.

Great location, 30-45 minutes on foot to most of the main sights. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Spacious room, kind and helpful staff. When we had a small issue, they offered us another room immediately (we did not need that in the end).

If you want silence, make sure you ask for a room facing the courtyard. Ours was facing the street and at night there was quite some noise which we assume came from the neighbouring night clubs and bar. The room was great but we could have used a coffee machine. Also, weirdly there is no toilet brush in the toilet, probably due to hygiene reasons. The bed could have been a bit bigger.

Noise isolation need total rework .can hear the street sounds on the second floor even when the windows are closed . Toilet flushes and showers in other rooms sound as if they are in your room

The staff was amazingly helpful. Everything was great. It's a nice, quiet residential area with a lot of coffee shops and restaurants around and a few 24H supermarkets as well.

It is quite far from the centre. 15-20 minutes by cab. The Wi-Fi inside the bedroom area was not working well at all.

lovely little hotel. we stayed in a Junior Suite facing the pool. very quiet with shutters on windows, lovely comfy bed. We slept very well! Breakfast was lovely a good continental spread with the option of scrambled eggs and bacon. What really made our stay were the staff. Reception were brilliant on hand to help with anything and always with a smile. The breakfast staff were very attentive and always had a big smile in the morning topping up breakfast quickly when needed.
