It has a nice balcony overseeing a busy avenue. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated and clean. All necessary equipment was supplied. The staff was responsive and helpful.

It is a nice apartment with all facilities, it has a good location in the center of Barcelona. The extensive welcome gift was very well received by our family.

Minor defects in the furniture. A chair was allmost broken. Bedroom doors did not close properly. Beds were too small for us.

The location was literally 1-2 miles from everything. It was conveniently located near food for dining and markets for groceries. Elevator, up a small flight of stairs. Secure, they had 2 room ACs, then made sure we had a couple of fans for the other rooms. Very courteous to us. I loved looking out of the main windows out to the center court. I loved that it has outside shutters to close off the hot and bright sun. It was over 100* everyday we were there.

The glass shower isn’t sealed at the door too well. So water gets on the floor. the spa tub hadn’t been ran in a while, the center windows open no look into staircase or nothingness.

not enough crockery and glasses to accommodate all guests also the holding fee is actually debited from your bank account and when refunded you are left with money to pay due to the currency conversion.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and airy. The kitchen is well equipped, and there were extra sheets and towels. Aesthetically, it was beautiful and I can't complain! It is very well located, in my favorite area of Barcelona!

The bed sunk in pretty deep in the middle, and the pillows were incredibly hard. The electronic shades did not do ANYTHING to block out the light, and it is quite noisy at all hours of the day as it is right next to Diagonal.

The location was great and the apartment quite pretty.

The living room sofa bed mattress was dirty as it gets, with marks and human hair. It is old and should be replaced. Also the dryer was broken and I could not dry my clothes.

Staff super friendly and helpful! The location is great, the space and the style is lovely. Wi-Fi very strong.

It was not properly maintained, locks of the rooms and bathroom not working, one door even missing the handle. Electricity shutdown 3 times in one day, then we figured it should be due to the washing machine.

Just 1 AC for the whole apartment with a hot summer in Barcelona. Not comfortable at all.
