The location of the hotel is excellent, safe area. The hotel security is also excellent (entering the building, entering the aparthotel, entering the room using a code, very convenient). The room is bright, clean, aesthetically pleasing and cozy, equipped with everything you need. Nearby are shops, excellent cafes and restaurants. Towels and bedding are changed and trash is taken out upon request. Gratitude to the aparthotel staff for their hospitality and friendly in the beautiful city of Barcelona. Definitely gonna book this hotel again in my next visit.

Everything was great

The apartment we had on the first night was beautiful and very spacious with a great kitchen and shower! It was very clean and nicely decorated. It felt luxurious to be in that room and in that location and we looked forward to having the same room on the 2nd night as well (since we had the room booked for 2 nights). Unfortunately, on the 2nd night we came back to the apartment and the lights didn't work at all. We were tired after a long day of being out and about and wanted to make a nice dinner and go out again, but instead, we had to pack up and move all of our things out to a different apartment which felt like a downgrade from the room we had and it put a damper on the experience. I know these things can't always be helped and it was probably a fluke, but it was a drag for us. I would still recommend booking this facility, because it was a decent place overall, but I also would have liked to have had a price adjustment due to this big inconvenience.

Central; next to stores, boutiques, cafés and restaurants. Safe & clean neighbourhood, kitchenette with small freezer. AC, Great WiFi. Keyless entry with codes, no road noise Comfy queen size bed. Excellent place for 2. Next metro 10-15 min walking but easy to find. The Peruvian restaurant 2 min away is outstanding. You don't need a hotel with breakfast because you can eat nearby for under 10€. SABA parking garage is very near and the best place for your car, even a SUV. Dreamkeys arranges a discount.

AC was loud, bathroom without air/no window to open. The sofabed to sleep on was not good for two. Not enough support for people over 50kg or persons with spinal issues.

First night there was no hot water, there was no heating even with 4 degrees outside temperature at night.

Location is great.

Sofa bed in living room is not comfortable, it had a very worn thin sheet on top which came off all the time as the surface of the sofa is leather (ish) i asked for a replacement or extra sheet but didn’t happen. For 6 nights was not good enough.

The room was big and comfy, we were in 4 (1 bed and 1 sofa bed), and we had no problems for space. The staff have been so available and kind. We have also used luggage storage, a really valuable and convenient option.

The only bad thing is about the bathroom, the air vent did not function so it was difficult to air the room.

Nice location, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

There is only bedroom and there was no divider between the living area where the sofa bed is and the other bed. It would have been nice to have at least a privacy screen. There is only a small trash can so we had to take our trash out daily.

The location is exceptional, right in a spot that can take you anywhere in Barcelona. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Notable shoutout to the emergency contacts they provided who were available after working hours and were reasonably responsive. I do recommend it.

The only cons were that the room didn't have a source of natural light (A street window or a balcony), and it was slightly overpriced for a 3-star stay.

Excellent location, in a really well connected but quiet area. The windows were quadruple glazed the we slept really well and my son loved looking out the window in the morning at the buses 'with no roof.' The area has an Aldi within 5 minutes walk, smaller shops and places to eat.

The floor was a bit dirty and I'm not sure it had been that well swept, but otherwise very clean. The wifi is quite poor.

The location was good, excellent staff. Stayed 2 days, and could have stayed longer. The reception staff made our visit very easy with the knowledge of the area . This is a well run hotel. Well done to the management here .
