The family room is very spacious, it has air conditioner too which is a plus in summer. We enjoyed the balcony and also the mini fridge to store water and snacks. The room has a coffee machine and kettle and the lobby also offers coffee and small pastries. Beds are comfortable. Near the hotel there are shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Good location

The coffee capsules were not provided daily. Also while enjoying the view from the balcony another guest in a lower floor was smoking weed, not pleasant at all since the smoke came up to us (not the hotel’s fault unless smoking is allowed at the balcony)

Very good location, enough space in the rooms for 4 persons (2 adults, 2 children).

Old facilities, needs renovation

We travelled as a family with a young kid and a baby, the rooms were so big that we were even comfortable with navigating the baby stroller. It was a room with a bedroom, a connected room with a sofa that can be converted into 2 beds (I believe), 1 toilet and 1 bathroom. The staff was very helpful, the hotel was generally well run and in a very nice area with lots of local cafes, tapas bars etc. The internet was fast in my experience. There are supermarkets in 2 min.

The hot water was not reliable, you may get too cold or too hot instantly, so they definitely need an upgrade with the water system.

The staff was super amazing and very helpful. They would let you take your breakfast with you in your room which was really good since my fiancé never woke up early for breakfast. They would always bring if you needed something. The hotel was clean and nice.

The bed didn’t have mattress- it was some kind of old style something very thin layered and it didn’t stay in its place after two nights. They didn’t have hair conditioner and toothpaste/toothbrush. You need to ask for bathrobe and slippers because not every room has it. The water was difficult to adjust-it was either burning hot or freezing cold.

A bit run down - some cracking in ceiling and a bit of water damage in the room that hadn't been repaired/repainted.

AC was not very cool

Clean, big room, nice view, pleasant staff, nice decor, lifts to rooms, room was close so easy to get to.

Had to buy our own bottle opener as had requested a few times but didn’t receive, mini bar snacks were mainly gluten/vegan, requested a taxi phoned from the hotel and was told ‘No it won’t come’. Misled about balcony as it was closed off with glass so you essentially had a conservatory to sit on not a balcony. Also asked for a king sized bed and was given two doubles which was okay but a bit of a pain for a couple trying to sleep together.

Perfect location for exploring Eixample District on foot, not far from local bus stops for travel to other areas of the city. Very friendly and solicitous staff. Comfortable, large room, bed was great. Views were great, too.

We were a little disappointed in the pod coffee dispenser in the breakfast room, although espressos and other coffees are available in the bar. Minor lighting trouble with lamps on one side of the room, which the staff offered to have fixed promptly (but we declined as we were tired and wanted solitude).

The hotel was in a nice location just outside the busiest areas of Barcelona. We didn't want to be too central so we were happy with it and there were plenty of restaurants, shops and grocery stores nearby. We were also close to the metro and buses as well as shops. The room was wonderful! It was much bigger than we expected and had a bedroom, living space as well as a large bathroom with bathtub.

The price was quite high but Barcelona is expensive so at the time of booking it was the best price I could find. However, it cost more than twice the price of each of the apartments we stayed at in Valencia, Granada and Madrid. The front door of the hotel was shattered and broken during the duration of our stay which gave a bit of an unsafe vibe. Also, there was a huge swarm of flies directly in front of the main entrance and it felt like the hotel should address that problem.

The place of the hotel is quite good. Nice cafes and restaurants are available. The content and variety of the breakfast was satisfactory. The room was quite large, we were able to move and play with a baby stroller. The warm of the room was very good. The staff were very friendly.

The place of the hotel was very good , but a little away from La Ramblas.
