Very nice place to stay. Fully equipped, airconditioned. Lots of bus stops nearby. Big supermarket nearbij, about 6 mins walk. Safe and beautiful neighbourhood. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Apartment was beautifully decorated. Stayed here with my 3 kids and we had a lovely stay.

As others said there can be quite some noise from the street side as it is a busy street. However I never travel without earplugs because of this possibility so slept like a baby.

Miguel on the desk was so lovely; really helpful! The apartment was beautiful and also very clean. The view and the terrace was an unexpected bonus and I will be coming back with my husband soon for sure.

It rained on the last night and in the morning as I was putting on my makeup the ceiling light started leaking rainwater on me and the floor. I put a towel down to soak it up.

There is reception counter that operate during office hour and weekends, so it's easy. Miguel is really friendly and helpful. He fixed the connection issue of the TV on the 1st day of arrival, and even help us getting a taxis. Excellent service!

A bit too far to the nearest subway station, about 15-20 mins walk, bus stop is nearby tho.

The location is very good, very central. The apartment is really clean except the bathroom. Unfortunately, the tiles in the bathroom of apartment number P1 were broken and mouldy. I felt a little disgusted while taking a bath. Other than that, we enjoyed staying in this apartment.

The location was convenient in the city. Several grocery, bakeries, and restaurants were just minutes away walk. A parking garage was close to the apartment (approximately $25 per day). This felt secure. Easy access to exterior and interior doors. Two private bedrooms and two private bathrooms added to our comfort. Temperature control was available for cooling and heating. The professional who received us was very kind and helpful. There is elevator access to all floors. Be aware that water conservation is important in this city. Good size table for eating.

There wasn’t anything that I can say was negative.

The apartment was clean and nice. I slept as a baby on the bed. They are very comfortable. The AC works fine and silent. Location is not so close to downtown but near metro and you can get there directly or with transfers wherever you want. Around apartment are located many nice restaurants and pubs.

Typing the same code in three different places is a bit annoying but acceptable. Generally no negatives

I have stayed at C211 a handful of times now, and have future bookings. I love the location of the property, close to touristy things but a bit more calm even though it is next to Diagonal. The staff is incredibly attentive- I am not a DIFFICULT guest, but always request to have certain things available before arrival, for the kitchen, extra sheets, etc. We were missing a remote, and they immediately found another one. I don't have enough wonderful things to say!

The terrace had a beautiful view, sea and mountains were visible. All amenities listed on the booking were present. Wi-Fi had superb coverage, even on the terrace, and speed was more than decent for video conferencing. A/C was working well, even when we left the apartments it didn't turn off. Lots of shops around, groceries, clothes, fast food. Both nearest metro stations were like 15 minutes away, but the buses went right through our street. We were welcomed by a staff member, the room was ready earlier than expected and we could leave our luggage before our flight in the reception. The entrance to the building felt safe as there were good restaurants nearby and doors to the building had a lock. Overall, a place we would return again.

To nitpick, and only for the next guests to have a better experience and realistic expectations. If you are planning to cook in the kitchen, prepare to buy everything from the shop beforehand, as were there only coffee and no sugar or cooking oil or anything else. The bathroom had no ventilation and could be refurbished in general. Sleeping could be difficult if you are sensitive to the noise, even though the bedroom was facing inner yard, there were like ten A/C's hanging right on the next wall so we used earplugs. Nowhere to hang washed clothes. And finally, the terrace would be way more welcoming with some dimmer lights and an umbrella from sun.

This is an ideal property for our purposes. Attending MWC annually it is great to have comfortable accommodation in a very respectable area of town with easy access to quick transport links to the Fira. Long days at the trade show mean several local restaurants within the area are a great bonus and the added facility to self cater in the apartment is fantastic. We travel as a party of three accommodated easily in the two comfortable bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Dining in the spacious kitchen works well and the living room has a very comfortable sofa for a welcome relax at the end of a long day. Access with a door code is especially simple and removes the need for a key each for independence of movement.
