The location Is great to explore a more residential (but lively) area of Barcelona. The hotel staff is attentive and tries to help as much as possible. And it has what you need for a short stay or weekend (toiletries, safe, luggage deposit, late check-out with an extra fee). The breakfast was ok but it lacked a bit of variety, after 3 nights we would have wanted some different flavors, but still, it had good options.

Room was a bit small and the lighting was not the greatest. We couldn't figure out how to increase the heating so we ended up using the extra blanket.

We really enjoyed the staying here. The room was cleaned every morning, the breakfast had enough choices. We had a room where we asked to be quiet so we can rest after a day of visiting and it was delivered. We really liked Fethi from the reception, he is really friendly and nice, he has a nice vibe and he helped us very much with informations about the city and given us recommendations where to eat, find good sangria, how to get to Monserrat on our own. Fethi, if you are reading this, thank you very much again for your hospitality and help, I do hope we will meet again for a chat, best of luck to you.

Some things from the breakfast was not on our taste, but this could be just us ( it is a matter of taste in food ). The hotel lift are a bit weird, on one of them you have to press again for what floor you want to go and to close the door because on the first press on the buttons it will close and open the doors.

The location of a hotel is good. It's just one street behind the main upscale area. I felt safe in the area. Lots of pubs, restaurants and cafes are in the same area at a walking distance. The room size was quite decent. Bathrooms were clean and tidy up. Staff at the reception were polite. I was particularly impressed by the choice of PILLOWS ( there were many options of Pillows to choose from). I used their long and hard pillow, which was comfy.

Staff can provide a more personalised approach instead of just answering in Yes or No to any query.

It was quiet and in the center of the city, easy accessible from public transportation. The solarium (roof) was amazing to relax at on a sunny day. Frindly and kind staff. Nice bathtub and very large bathroom in comparison to other hotels. We were lucky to get 2 rooms close to each other as 3 people traveling together and with a small balcony in one of them for our smoker. Exceptionally large room too for the double bedroom compared to what i have seen in other places We traveled just before Easter and did not see any families with young children so it was extra quiet to stay there, meaning we could get a proper rest before events.

My only down fall was the safe box, not working, dead or operator's mistake. I informed front desk and told me how to do it but failed. i just didnt use the damn thing. Anyway, nothing got stolen.

The location is very good. possible to visit the centre of Barcelona just walking. The mattress comfort is excellent. The cleanliness of the room is impeccable. The room for disabled people is confortable and not gloomy like very often seen elsewhere.

Very good beds, and nice bathroom and shower. The room had a balcony with a sunbed and sitting place which was nice. Very classy design. Training room with a threadmill and some basic stuff. Nice terrace with alot of seating possibilities.

There were some ants on the floor, but we know that can be hard to get rid of.

Location is lovely--quiet, nice, easy access to transportation, restaurants and beautiful Barcelona within walking distance all around. We did not eat there, but the rooms were cozy, modern, and comfy. We didn't spend much time there's but the rooftop area was so lovely that I want to come back and stay there next time so we can watch the sun set! I also appreciated the friendly staff--even arranged a car for us to the airport. All went very smoothly.

I wish we could have stayed longer! NO complaints on the hotel whatsoever.

We travelled light as we were in Barcelona for kids to go to Primavera Sound festival and I had assumed body lotion and tissues would be provided alongside other toiletries as in most 4 star accommodation. However, it was a minor inconvenience and of no real concern : )

We have been to this hotel before and were not disappointed, we wanted to upgrade to a larger room to accommodate grandchildren but understood the reason why not. We will book direct next time not through Booking.com Staff throughout hotel excellent, from reception to Carlos in the dining room to the lady why kept our room clean and fresh.

Getting older would have liked a walk in shower, but minor detail. Apart from that everything was great
