I really liked that it was clean, safe, and quiet — overall, a great stay at Vincci Mae. The shower was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable.

The AC worked really well, but it automatically shuts off once the room reaches the set temperature. After a shower, the room would get pretty steamy, which was a bit uncomfortable.

It’s a very nice hotel situated in a nice and beautiful part of Barcelona.

I didn’t like that the hotel states that they don’t pre charge you before you arrive but they basically do. They call it blocking the amount. It’s the same thing. And then when you arrive they make you pay again, even though they already blocked the amount. So you basically get charged twice until the hotel decides to return the money.

Very stylish boutique hotel. Every member of staff was so welcoming and helpful, from the moment we checked in. Lovely rooms and bathrooms, small but nice little balcony to watch the world go by of an evening. The breakfast was exceptional, with very fresh choices for everyone, plus health smoothies in the detox area near the bar. The breakfast room has amazing views of the city. The breakfast staff were amazing, as were the restaurant and bar staff in the evening. Lovely cocktails! The outdoor rooftop area was comfortable and inviting, and the small pool great for a dip to cool off. Would return again 😊

Nothing not to like.

The location is perfect with an excellent assortment of stores and restaurants locally. The room was spacious, clean, and very welcoming. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made the process very smooth. The food the hotel offers is great and I was pleasantly surprised with the large breakfast they provide. I travel often for work to various cities in Europe and the United States and this was truly one of my favorite hotels that I have stayed at. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone; whether traveling solo, with friends, or with family.

For a 4 star, it may be a little in the lighter side of that rating, but the hotel is clean and comfortable and has everything you might need.

Small niggles, like telling you about how to contact reception, what the WiFi code is and where breakfast is served (and when) would be nice, as I had to go find this out myself. Not only was I not advised at check in, there was no information on any of these topics in the room which I found extremely odd. I was on the 8th floor, and had a inward facing room with frosted glass, which I found extremely odd until I opened the window! The window slides fully open and you are basically looking 8 floors down. Very odd, but once I closed the window, it was gone :-)

I'll start off with the location. The location is absolutely great and within reach of multiple restaurants, transportation stops and shops which makes it a 5/5! The room? it was spacious enough for a couple to sleep in and had everything we needed. the bed was huge, the bathroom had things we didn't even think we needed, it was great. The facilities. The wifi was as fast as promised and the a/c worked great. It was very clean, not a speck of dust was found on our sheets.

We were very disappointed with the first room we got, it had absolutely no view, you open the window and see walls which block the sun and the light completely from entering making it dark at all time, however the staff compensated us with a better room with an actual view and access for sunlight. the shower facilities weren't exactly in top notch condition.. the shower head was full with rust as well as the handle holder which prevented us from moving it at all.

We recently stayed at Vincci Mae in Barcelona, and it was a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for us—close to popular sites like Casa Batlló and Casa Milà, and within easy walking distance to shops and cafés. The hotel is ideally situated for anyone wanting to explore the city. Our room was spacious, with a very large and comfortable bed, a balcony, and a generously sized bathroom that included all the essentials you'd expect in a quality hotel. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. Although Netflix wasn't available on the TV, we didn’t spend much time in the room, so it wasn’t a big issue for us. Overall, I highly recommend Vincci Mae for anyone looking to stay in Barcelona. Great location, clean, and comfortable!

Really good location for sightseeing, it's in the city center but not busy and loud. All the thanks to the amazing people working whether at the reception that gave us recommendations for food, places to see, travel directions and the breakfast staff for giving us f.e cut tomatoes on a plate. The breakfast were amazing with so many choices, from warm, cold, sweet, salty, fruits, juices - it had everything you could have imagined. The noise cancelling balcony doors were amazing, we couldn't hear anything from the street. The early check in was possible, as well as storing the bags before the check in. Thank you so much to everyone for making our stay great.

Too faraway from the beach, the overhead shower kept dripping even when not being used. You could slightly hear people from the corridors inside your room.

My partner and I visit Vinnci Mae often and we always feel most comfortable in this location in Barcelona, they are very accommodating and treat us well. The breakfast is lovely and the views are incredible in our favorite room which is always available for us.

There has been renovations therefore we had been interrupted with workers coming into our room to work on the balcony during our stay which was a little inconvenient as we had been there one night this time but they were quick and polite

Fantastic hotel and friendly staff. We really enjoyed stay here, staff was friendly to bring iron upstairs, we also got water and some sweet treats upon arrival. Bed was comfortable and big as well as big shower. Rooftop area is great and has a beautiful barcelona skyline. Everything was very close autobus, metro, restaurants and many shops. We will definitely be back 🥰

There is really nothing to complain about besides the fact that Kettle and hairdryer did not work. Staff was great and offered to replace it but we did not need it urgently, so it wasn’t a problem.
