While not a brand-new hotel, it’s ideal for a short stay and well-situated for exploring the city. The location is convenient, within easy walking distance of metro and bus stops. Our first room was quite noisy, but the staff kindly moved us to a quieter one the next morning. The reception team was very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is essentially a combination of two buildings connected by an unusual underground tunnel, which felt a bit odd. Since the property isn’t new, the elevator could use some maintenance, as it currently sounds more like a spaceship taking off...

We booked this hotel because we wanted to travel budget friendly, but with a pool. So we choose this. To be honest we were a little scared because of the bad reviews. But we didn’t experience anything bad at all. Yes they moved the check in to the other hotel, and you have to walk a little to get to to your room. But I don’t see that as a big issue. Our check in went smoothly and the person who helped us was extremely nice and helpful. The room was perfect for what we needed, yes a little outdated, but we are only there to sleep and freshen up. The airco was working as promised. Most important, it was clean. The pool is a big +++. After our check out we could leave out bags because our flight wasn’t until late in the evening, which is a nice gesture. Overal, we really fell in love with Barcelona and we will definitely come back.

Rooftop pool was nice with great views. Room was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel after check out. Breakfast was delicious and had a loads of different options. 12pm check out was later than most hotels allowing more of a lie in if desired.

Walls are thin and our neighbours were noisy late into the night but that's not the hotels fault. Not much control over the air-conditioning so our room was a bit hot.

We arrived very late at night and the staff were very friendly and swift to direct us to our much needed bed. They were also very friendly when we checked out and we have no complaints regarding the service. The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean. The shower worked perfectly well and the bathroom was clean. This was all we needed.

The room was a tiny bit dusty in corners, but I am a bit fussy as I work as a cleaner part time! The lift was a little noisy in the middle of the night, as our room (13) was quite close to it, but I went straight back to sleep after each waking!

A perfect stay, The hotel staff surprised us with two small champagne bottles and two bags of grapes, as we celebrated New Year while staying there. The location was excellent, close to the metro station, and the room, as well as the entire property, was clean. We especially enjoyed the rooftop jacuzzi, where the water was warm enough even for the January weather. The breakfast was delicious, with high-quality and diverse food options. A big thank you to all the hotel staff from us!

I finally stayed in a great room hahahaha 3rd time is the charm they say right. Anyhow, I really like this little Hotel, is it priced right? No, is it the best, not even close, but is closed enough to where I need to go and I meet my wife here, so I have kind of nostalgia for the place.

Its an old and tired hotel, the AC does not work in the summer, but the heat does lol, it could use new rugs and room furnishings, other than that, the stuff is fantastic.

Room is very clean. However, I was expecting it a little bigger based on the pictures. Location is excellent.

I was expecting the room to be a little bit bigger. The bathroom has a bathtub- which got really slippery. I recommend changing it to a full shower to avoid any accidents or add some anti slippery plastic in bathtub surface

The staff were very friendly and helpful even with limited English. The room was very clean and the location was perfect. Many amazing restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. The room was very quiet also.

The lifts. One broke when we first arrived. The hotel had a repair person attend quickly however they all make a lot of noise when using them.

3 words: WOW, EXTRA, BOOM! Super hotel, Extra staff - very friendly and helpful - Mr Piotr made our trip! I had birthday during the stay and I get postcard and some sweets! Location it was perfect! Without tourist with locals. So we had a chance to see real life in Barcelona! Breakfast: nothing special but it was Ok!

The bed was very comfortable and the terrace very handy, with pool and jacuzzi. Good breakfast buffet too. Giovanni and the Director were very helpful and friendly.

The place would benefit of a refurbish as it seems old ish. Something that really bothered us was the air-conditioning. Even though we turned it off, it kept on blowing.
