For the price category, I think it was a great choice. It was within Eixample neighborhood, 20 min walking to the biggest tourist attractions like Casa Battlo. Breakfast was included, so we didn't have to hunt for food and coffee in the mornings. We were also happy to eat the fresh tortilla and fruits for breakfast. The staff was fantastic, very friendly and always helping.

For sensitive people, noise from the street or the neighboring rooms could be overwhelming. Since we were super tired every day coming back our room, we didn't mind it too much, just in the mornings when the rush hour begins. Maybe the coffee of the breakfast could also be improved.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel. 100% spotless, fresh linens and towels, very nice smell of the hotel/room. Very very clean! Staff are very warm, helpful and welcoming. Quiet neighborhood, privacy and we feel safe. Unli coffee 💯. They allow us also to use kitchen utensils for our take away dinners. Anna suggested some attractions must visit for kids. We came 2 hours early and was not expecting that the room is already ready. Our plan is to drop off the bag and go out to wait for our check-in time,but Anna welcomed us and let us check-in early as we got 2 small kids with us. We will come back here when we visit Barcelona again.

I stayed at this hostel for 5 days and had a great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were cleaned daily, which made my stay very comfortable. I was also pleasantly surprised by the breakfast – it was rich, varied, and a perfect way to start the day. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Anna was an incredible hostess. From the time we arrived, she made us feel at home. She explained how we could get to all of the sights of interest and, knowing the type of croissants we enjoyed most for breakfast, she made sure they were on our table. The continental breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. The room was a little on the small side but it was clean and we had everything we needed. The curtains totally "blacked out" any lighting or street noise which was nice. We slept well! The location was great and we could walk to everything. The property also has an elevator which was a real bonus. Lots of restaurants in the area and a very nice supermarket on the corner of the street. We enjoyed this property very much.

There was nothing not to like about this property.

Although clasified as hostel, the place had everything as some 3* hotel. Everything was clean, the room had simple but practical set up. The stuff were so nice and helpful, they even made us some sandwiches for our night departure. I find the location very smart, although the hostel is not in the very center, everything important is clouse enough (max 30 minutes by bus), yet you are in peaceful and good neibourhood and you can have quiet sleeping hours.

The mirror somewhere in the room (except for the one in the bathroom) would be a very practical and useful tool.

At the beginning i was skeptical of so many good reviews, but after staying 4 nights there with my family (wife and 2 kids) i can honestly say that it was great. Good location (we mostly used the bus (less hot than waiting for the subway)and with a bus stop at only a couple of steps it was very comfortable), the place is quiet, very clean, the room was very big, also we had air conditioner and big windows which allowed a good amount of natural light. The breakfast was normal, not many options but what they had was always good and enough (see pictures). And finally all the people taking care of the hotel are very friendly, attentive and helpful. It's a really good place, next time i will probably stay there again. Keep the good work.

I have evaluated the reviews before booking, and it was exactly as the majority mentioned. Super clean, very good position in the city, helpful staff. The location is at the 1st floor of an apartment building, and very close to buses and public transport. The price was very good compared to other hotels in the same area.

the downside, which was also mentioned in other comments is the noise that they water pumping system makes (or air conditioning, not clear). And the fact that the rooms are not sound-proofed, meaning you can easily hear walking around the lobby or guests entering their rooms, or if they talk loud in their rooms. On the other hand, this has to be considered realistically, in terms of price it was excellent compared to others nearby. Being at the 1st floor you can also hear a lot of noise from the street itself. But again, for what I paid, for the location, for the cleanliness in the room and bathroom, everything was very good.

Very nice establishment, clean and tidy. Very helpful and polite staff. All the information we required were clear and our needs were addressed properly.

Located at the corner of two central streets which were busy all day. And that was the only negative thing that, for me personally, was a minus. Very noisy during almost all of the time even during night hours. Which, for me, was really disturbing and uncomfortable.

Very good location, less then 1 minute to the bus stop, away from the large crowds, the staff was really nice and helpfull. At the ground floor there was a supermarket which was really great. Breakfast was ok, the same each morning but we liked it.

Not really soundproof, we had the room with full view to the street so early morning we heard everything, the trucks that came for the supermarket, and the overall ouside noise.
