Very nice location, a lot of services in vicinity, big and clean apartment, very good beds, nice kitchen, hot water in bathrooms.

You could hear everything from other appartments, children running above us, partying for birthdays... Regardles of the building nice house rules for silence, the ruckhus sometimes went well over midnight. We used kitchen a lot and could use a bit more of the utencils (more than one knife, vegetable pealer and grater...)

It was outside a bus stop and not far a walk from the other main bus routes so a great location Once we figured out the key it was super handy all of us could access the door at any time. The balcony was lovely. Large apartment which was quite modern and had enough room for a family of 6.

There were stairs next to a disabled lift but the disabled lift was locked so we had to carry the pram up each day. There was also a large lip on the door meaning we had to lift the pram over. The blinds in the bedroom did not cover the window in full meaning it was bright. The bedrooms backing onto the internal rooms were noisy - could hear the neighbors talking and eating at night time. Some plugs in the room meant we couldn't plug in adapters as they were too close together

Exactly as advertised. Didn't know when booking what a central location for shopping it was until family in Barcelona said it was amazing. Bus stop is literally at the front door. A supermarket a 50m walk up the street. We had 3 bathrooms! Asked for a pair of scissors and a new knife at the front desk and they knocked on the door with it less than an hour later, very helpful. Balcony is fabulous for a morning coffee. Loved having an app to open doors.

Walls were thin, we could hear alot of noise from neighbours. Short opening hours for front desk. Honestly though that's it, everything else was great.

Veeery spacious apartment, central location, comfy beds. Good communication with owner/servicer. Washing machines (laundry and dishes). Complimentary coffee capsules and sugar were nice touch.

Expensive (but so is every accomodation in Barcelona). A lot of work for checking in, inserting data and photos for all passangers (12 of us in 2 apartments), uploading travel documents, credit card details, authorizing 3 payments for each apartment, downloading app for keys. Poor sound proofing (we were expecting that from previous reviews). Very noisy street, but also noise from other apartments. Most windows are looking on inside staircase. Could use additional cups and glasses in kitchen.

The location and the fact that it has an elevator. The apartment was quite big.

The check in process. It was too strenuous to go through the steps using the new system. I had to request for assistance all the time. I wish you can skip the uploading part of the ID and have the option to present them in person at the front desk. When you are traveling with a group, this requires a lot of time. Another thing, there was a shortage of toilet paper so we had to request for additional toilet papers. Additional supplies should have been already provided at the apartment.

This spacious apartment is perfect for large groups, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind in comfort. It’s clean and well-maintained, with good amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and cozy communal areas ideal for socializing. Located in a vibrant area, it’s surrounded by an abundance of fantastic food spots ranging from local favorites to international cuisine. With excellent transport links nearby, getting around the city is quick and convenient, making it an ideal base for exploring everything the area has to offer.

The apartments are very spacious, and the location is perfect, with a huge Mercadona just 10 meters away. It’s also good to know that this is not a private person’s apartment, but part of an Apartments & Hostal complex with a reception. I had read many reviews about nighttime noise, but we didn’t experience much of it — perhaps because we go to sleep late ourselves. You can occasionally hear people entering the building and talking, but it wasn’t a problem for us. We definitely recommend these apartments for families.

Very big spacious apartment , comfortable and clean very kind staff You must pay attention 1:t your phone must be charged, specially when you check in late, they give you a digital key ( i needed to charge my phone in a street market so i could come in ) 2: The property follows the city law , they cant host more than 7 guests in this particular apartment , child above 2 years old is also considered a guest. 3, they dont change towels ,but there is a washing machine with capsules you can use it.

Space, cleanliness and location of the property. It have all the necessities. Owner even provided with washing up liquid, sponge, washing tablets ect. Towels and bedding were good quality.

Our app key expired on second day of my stay( we were booked for 3 nights) and we r Were locked out wen we returned late at night. Luckily they sent someone to lets us in quite quickly. En-suite Bathrooms don't have any ventilation and shower head doesn't work properly. It can b quite noisy at back bedrooms at night.

Everything was fantastic! Exceed our expectations! Other reviews mentioned the place was noisy and we did not find it to be noisy at all! We had someone in the front bedroom, the middle bed room, and the back backroom and none of us were ever bother by any noise. Upstairs there was a little one that would run back and forth down the long hall way and we could hear that, but none of us cared. The little guy was having a great time. The beds were fantastic and super comfortable also. One day we asked if we could have more toilet paper, towels and laundry detergent and the staff was so kind and brought it up right away. Everyone there was so pleasant and nice. The location was prefect! So close to everything we loved walking and it only took 30-40min walk to get to the Gothic Quarter, 15mins the wonderful Mercat de Galvany, or the Mercat del Ninot. It also would have been very easy to grab a cab or the metro, as cabs were abundant and metro near by as well. We made friends with the bodega staff that was just a few doors away and we love the bakeries that were all around. A favorite spot was to sit outside after a long day at the Reserva Iberica bar on the corner maybe just a block away from Ola Living. Our favorite thing to do was in the morning was sit out on the balcony and watch and listen to the parakeets chirping away while they flew from tree to tree as Barcelona started to wake up and start it's busy day. Then at night, we loved sitting out on the balcony having our wine, recapping exciting day and just listen and watch the wonderful city of Barcelona come a live night. The car light on the glass office building across from our balcony was like watching a live art installment every night, just beautiful. We were very impressed with Ola Living and so very much appreciate the Ola Living and their staff for their part in our absolutely unforgettable, amazing and memory making stay during our time in the wonderful city of Barcelona.

What was there not to like! Maybe the keys, we receive 3 key cards, though there were 4 of us, but it wasn't a big deal to only have 3. We never could get the key app thing to work, but again no big deal since we were able to pick up the keys. I would not want to arrive after hours though and try and deal with the key app thingy.
