very friendly and helpfull staff, super nice location. very clean and big room. pictures mach with the reality.

unconfortable beds, were 2 singles beds instead of a double that were seperating during the night, not easy to sleep. one of them was broken but the same day I mentioned it was fixed. also there was maintance a floor down and we had noise from the works. we were not informed before our arrival about it.

Spacious rooms and generally good location, only 15 minutes from Plaza Catalunya with bus. Plenty of brunch places, gentrified neighbourhood, 24 h reception service. Generally good stay.

Our room on the first floor overlooked the small side street where the recycling bins were, which were emptied super early in the morning and one could hear everything. Also, on Friday night in the close by bar/restaurant there were some drunken people who thought it's important to serenade in the wee hours of the night. The breakfast was average I am afraid and expensive for what it was, we only ate there one morning.

Everything was as it looked in the pictures. Sparkly clean, comfortable and well connected with metro/buses. We had a studio apartment and the only thing that bothered me was the smell in the bathroom. Although the room and bathroom were perfectly clean, the smell came from the old sewage system that is typical for those neighborhoods in Barcelona. I loved that we had a small kitchenet that was equipped if you need to have a relaxed evening and cook something in the apartment. Overall great hotel and very good value for money.

Great location, 5 mins walk from Gracia FGC station or 10 mins walk from Fontana metro. Large Lidl is only 2 mins walk away. There's a great budget Chinese restaurant around the corner. Our room was large, comfortable and modern. Housekeeping was done every day. Beds were a good size and comfortable. We had a kitchenette with microwave, induction cooker, fridge, plates, cutlery etc. which is very handy if you prefer to do some light cooking instead of eating out.

We had a few small issues: Toilet paper was poor quality (thin and narrow). Safe needs to be operated using an app, and we couldn't get it to work on my 2 year old phone. Shower wasn't hot enough. We had a very wobbly tap on the kitchenette sink. Could hear people in the street late at night.

The location was amazing, a metro station (Gràcia) just a 5 minute walk away. We visited the sagrada familia as was only a 7 minute metro with no changes. The balcony was very cute and enjoyed a coffee in the morning, you can see the sagrada familia onto the right of the room if the room was located at the front. We visited the sagBeautiful hotel felt really safe and was very clean. The staff were very helpful and there was someone at reception 24/7. Check in and Check out was very easy and the hotel was very easy to navigate. The hotel overall was amazing and would definitely stay again.

As we are from England we aren’t used to the spanish weather and was very hot in the room as we couldn’t seem to work out the air con but as rooms have windows you can open them and it’s good ventilation. It was a bit noisy at about 10am but understandable as the cleaners were cleaning rooms at the time.

We did like the location, as it was close to other friends we were in Barcelona with. It was great to have the option to have breakfast at the hotel, and there were also breakfast options very close by. The hotel is close to Gracia, with many lovely local restaurants and bars. The room was a great size and we loved our patio.

Our room was opposite the cleaning supply storage and it was very noisy when the cleaning crew arrived. One morning they were talking and making noise with the carts for over an hour. When in a hotel we really like to sleep in and we were woken up every morning by this noise and staff talking. The door was not very sound proof!

Very clean and great breakfast with lots of choices and spacious rooms. Location good also. 30 min walk to main tourist spots. Less than 15 to hop on hop off bus stop 24hr shop literally round the corner also and lots of cafes and bakeries on doorstop.

I booked a balcony room but was told that these are subject to availability so that was disappointing but this was a booking.com issue not the hotel as they mentioned they never confirm balconies and suggest I take up this with the booking company.

Good location, close to Metro train station Fontana. Property had elevators. Located near grocery store, restaurants and in a safe area. Quiet surroundings.

Additional charges were added to my bill after I arrived which while not significant ($25 Euros) still should have been disclosed at the time the reservation was made. When you arrive at 10:00 PM and are told you will need to pay more money, what can you do? Otherwise the experience was great.

Modern looking building, good space for a hotel room, near shopping, laundry, transit. Professional staff. Room includes bed area and kitchen area with table and mini refrigerator.

Some features like coffee maker are locked unless you rent hotel room as “apartment”. However, AC is available and works well, as is mini refrigerator. Hotel is far from Ramblas, however the neighborhood is still nice.

The hotel rooms are large and spacious. The checkin gentleman Victor was very nice and kind. We were able to leave our bags as we had to checkout before we needed to leave.

There is nowhere to load/unload suitcases as its a small one way street. This was a bit tricky and stressful with a rental car. If you don't mind making people waiting or only have a few bags then this is not a big deal.
