Spacious and modern, clean room.

There is no shower curtain so the floor is flooding when you are taking a shower. There is not a place to hang the hand towel or to put your own shampoo in the shower area.

3rd party billing interface had problems interacting with a major American bank, to the point that I had to wire the prepayment to them. Then the staff mistakenly took 2 security deposits instead of 1 and there was a delay in correcting it.

Location is difficult to find when you step out. Until you learn that you have to make Augusta Av your main locus, it is very confusing. It took me four days to work out the simplest route to Fontana Metro. If guests were provided with a clear, well documented map of the local area, including rhe several metro stations that would be very helpful.

Unfortunately the concierge on duty on my Tuesday morning knew nothing about training to Montserrat..She had no knowledge of the simple fact, I had to go to Square Espagne. Fortunately for me I had reason to go to Sans and there I got the simple advice. The two other concierge I dealt with were scandalised.

We loved the hotel and the location. Staff was really friendly too! Our room was clean with almost everything you need. We really appreciate, that there was little kit for washing dishes, it would be perfect if there was some similar kit with basics for cooking, like salt, pepper, oil, sugar. Neighborhood looked safe and calm and loved that sound isolation was good. I would recommend this hotel for everyone and would come back myself!

The hotel has a fantastic location. Whether you choose go to the right or left, you have the metro, various restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, in short, everything at hand. The apartment was large, spacious, and most importantly for me, clean and quiet. I particularly appreciate the blackout blinds and curtains. I need complete darkness and silence to sleep, and I got that here. I am lucky to have this convenience in one of ten hotels. And even my 13-year-old son praised the comfort of the bed, the darkness and silence. The cleaning lady cleaned our room every day. Changing towels, taking out trash, washing the floor and bathroom, and it smells great. Ladies at the reception were very helpful, greetings and thank you for everything. I have only one reservation about breakfast. for 15 euros we got salami, dried ham, ham, 2 types of cheese, dark toast bread (it stinks to me personally), no vegetables except tomatoes and croissants (i guess there were the small ones prebaked). there was about one type of yogurt, 2 flavours of jams. you can order scrambled eggs, omelette, sausages from the kitchen. we waited 20 minutes for omelete and scramled eggs and if it weren't for the great receptionist, they probably wouldn't have arrived. and after all that waiting, waiter brought us 2 omelletes. anyway, for 15 euros I expect a more varied selection. the waiter didn't communicate in English, without a smile, reluctant. if the hotel offered sweet and savory treats from local bakeries, fresh bread, vegetables, or other local specialties, it would be a perfect experience. thank you again, I would recommend this hotel to everybody.

The place is really well located, having everything you could need nearby - public transportation (metro/train and bus), neighborhood markets, fruit shops, bakeries (multiple nearby), restaurants (the closest one being literally at the property, on the ground floor). I forgot my laptop charger and was already saddened by the thought of how much hassle it would be to find a store to buy a new one - what a pleasant surprise to find out that the nearest shop I could buy a charger was literally not even 5 minutes walk from the hotel. AMAZING! Besides that, the apartment itself was cosy and comfy, without unnecessary stuff to complicate cleaning it up (like rugs or too many pillows, etc). Travelling with kids was made a breeze with the support of the staff and the qualities of the room itself.

The only thing I think could have made my stay more comfortable would be having some sort of specific place I could put our cutlery and china ware to dry and/or having tea-cloth provided by the hotel. Besides that, everything was absolutely perfect!

We sat in a 2 bedroom apartment. Everything was clean and the rooms spacious. The breakfast was tasty and the staff was friendly with us. All the windows in the room had blackout blinds in case you need everything pitch black in order to sleep. There is a parking location for the hotel around the block where the hotel was situated although we did not have to use it. I believe it is a separate entity from the hotel idk. NOTE: There is a 100€ safety deposit (ofc, it's normal but you need to be prepared for it) There is a city tax you must pay when you arrive at the hotel not included in the initial room payment, for 2 people for 5 days it was like ~40 ish euro

The bathroom NEEDS a toilet brush. I don't want to wait for cleaning staff next morning to come and remove the stains. I want to clean it myself for the next family member that comes. Maybe it was just our apartment but in case it is not, ADD ONE. It's what...like 1$ for one?

Aparthotel Augusta in Barcelona was an excellent choice for my stay. The location of the hotel is perfect, with everything important within easy reach, and the area is ideal for exploring the city. The accommodation was beautifully clean, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely love to return.

My stay at Aparthotel Augusta was pleasant, although I encountered a minor issue with the ventilation in my room. However, this issue was resolved immediately, and I would like to commend the hotel staff for their prompt response. It’s very clean, it is bright and cozy… it’s also spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped. The location was really good… it has supermarkets and bakeries closed by. Also the metro station and an amazing pizzeria. The entrance has a nice aesthetic.

No towel to dry the dishes. Very bad quality dish soap. The soap/shampoo in the shower also very bad quality. We chose the “one bed” option and it was two beds put together, which left a hole in the middle that opened more and more. You have to take your own trash the last day, which I thought was a bit weird. The street is loud but that’s to be expected from a big city.

The hotel has a relaxed ambience throughout. It is well decorated, updated, and very clean. All staff were very helpful and polite. The room was clean, quiet (so grateful) and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we had a plentiful supply of towels etc. We had breakfast daily at the hotel and everything was excellent and fresh; great way to start a busy day. The hotel is a short walk to shops, restaurants and the metro station to travel wherever you desire. As a family of 4, we downloaded Cabify and found taxi's were abundant and cheap compared to the UK. We will definitely be back 😊.
