Location , decent size apartment, cute balconies, elevator, air conditioning, friendly receptionists.

Bathroom had issues with door locking, water was stuck in the shower and didn’t drain properly, hair dryer’s attachment was broken and hair dryer was not powerful and too hot for me, little bedroom door was squeaky a lot, floor had something like sand on it. But it’s all minor things that I could take as we stayed one night only. Get ready to pick up keys from a different location (20 min drive by car), however I was aware of it and my dad drove me there and just parked with emergency signals on, while I finished check in process. ( try to check in online as much as you can to save you time during key pick up).

The apartment was well suited for us and my daughter was in a wheelchair this was not problem at all. The apartment had a lift and no stairs to enter building. The kitchen facilities were good and we cooked breakfast and most dinners in the apartment. The area of Gracia where the apartment is feels safe and good restaurants around. We walked to all spots of the city from the apartment and there is bus and metro all within 100m. Great patisseries very close by and good coffee shops and a supermarket only 300m away. The self checkin worked really well as we did not want to go to the main reception which is a few kilometres away and we were able to get the door cards from a lock box. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we had to ring for questions.

Comfortable place,the location is perfect the smell of bakery’s in the morning and coffee, Barcelona welcomes you. minor fix. squeaky doors

It was clean and had everything we needed. The location was also very convenient, close to a metro station.

We had done the self check-in procedure in advance, but the keys were not ready in the designated area and we had to wait in front of the flat for about 40 minutes. We had a reservation for the Güell Park afterwards and it was very difficult to get there in time.

Good sized apartment, family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers from Australia stayed for 3 nights plenty of room, some wear n tear but expected for price, felt it was a bit far out from main attractions but actually there was heaps of shopping locally loads of bakeries and metro was across the road easy access and simple to use

A bit painful getting keys from different location

Location is amazing. Metro station is only a couple hundred meters away so it’s very easy to go into downtown. All main attractions are only a nice walk away. Self check-in was fairly easy, definetly use that option! The apartment was nice and cosy. Rather clean - there was some dust but that didn’t get in the way. Sofa beds were very comfy. Would definetly visit and use this apartment again!

Shower needs upgrading since it’s pretty old and the door wasn’t sliding easily.

quite convenient location. The kitchen has everything to cook for 6 people. The price-quality ratio of apartments for Barcelona is acceptable. Although it’s worth admitting, don’t dream of a budget vacation with your family in Barcelona. Promoted tourist place, unreasonably expensive. if we return here, then only by the sea and we will rent apartments on the embankment outside the city. The sea is super

the most annoying thing is that the reception is located 3.5 km from the apartments themselves. And no arguments that you are with 3 children and things that are inconvenient to get to will not work ... no one will bring you the keys. but upon check-out, please, the cleaning lady takes the keys. Why it was impossible to hand over the keys through the room service on the day of arrival is still a mystery.

Very nice big bathroom and big kitchen with all the necessary amentities(dishwasher and washing machine and all kinds of coffee machines). The double bed was very comfortable with big closet. Value for money apartment very close to shops, bakery, cafes prharmacies and supermarket.

Did not like the fact we had to go first to the reception 2km far from the apartment to pay and get the code for the door but the receptionist was very polite and assist us very quick. Also the sofa beds in the living room were not so comfortable. The second bedroom did not had a closet and the top bunk bed was impossible for an adult to climb on it. Also the toilet paper was not enough and we had to buy some ourselves.
