The location was nice and family friendly;however,there was a lot of partying all night long as there was some sort of celebration in the neighborhood. I noticed there were writing on the walls all over the neighborhood that they do not like tourists. While I did not experience anything negative that aspect of the neighborhood was intimidating. Other than that,I felt it was a family friendly neighborhood. I suggest to anyone staying there to blend in,don''t act like an outsider. There are a lot of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood so there are plenty of food option. Overall, it was a good experience.

The fact that Catalonianss do not like Tourists.

The location was fantastic! For a family, it was such a fun, vibrant but safe and quiet (in term of noise at night) area of the city to stay with easy access to transport and everything you needed close by. Could not recommend this location enough.

The condition of the apartment was a little run down however still comfortable and clean.

There was a group of 12 of us and the two apartments were ideally located beside each other. Apartments were clean, comfy, spacious and very well equipped. The area was very local with a few shops, restaurants, bars and the metro in close proximity and generally felt safe. Check-in and check-out was easy, we got all the needed information ahead of time. Staff was extremely helpful in helping us order taxis to the airport ahead of time which we greatly appreciated.

As we had two apartments booked under one reservation, we had some trouble getting an extra key card for the apartment we checked into second via the self check-in machine. There was also an additional charge taken at check-in (I presume tourist tax) which wasn't clearly specified in our booking but we were expecting it though. One recommendation is to provide beach towels in the apartments.

i liked this apartment the most out of all the ones i've been to. there was a registration machine, and I was able to register and receive a key card for my apartment. the apartment was large, smelled great, and had a lot of kitchen utensils. the metro station was nearby, about a 7-minute walk.

there is no traditional reception desk with a person; there is a check-in machine. its not a problem for young people, but my parents wouldn't be able to register.

The property was nice and clean and spacious. The location was great.

It was not very easy to get into the apartment. The buzzer on the door didn’t work to get in. When I called the person didn’t help in opening the door. We had to wait for someone to leave for us to get into the apartment. It would have been nice to get a code for the door to open it. Also there was a spray painted message on the door and above the door that read Tourist go home. F**k you! No the most welcoming.

Location was very good, clean, central, easy to access metro and attraction points. Restaurants and shops within hands reach. The apartment is modern and well isolated from the outside noise. Great for a family of 4.

The bathrooms were a bit outdated, but still functional. With a bit of an upgrade, the apartment would be perfect. The building door still had a visible "Tourists go home" sign, that is quite common now in Barcelona on every wall. That doesn't give a good vibe, though, I don't feel I want to return to that feeling

Excellent location in the Gracia district with shops and restaurants. A short walk to the metro station and not far from Casa Mila and Park Guell (30-minute walk). The apartment is spacious, accommodating 4 people, with effective air conditioning. The self-check-in and check-out were very convenient, and there was good communication via Booking chat.

There is some wear, especially in the bathroom. The hairdryer is old and doesn't work well. Additionally, there is no electric kettle in the kitchen. It would be nice if some tea or coffee was available.

Is well located in a secured place. The apartment is ok, it has AC and beds were ok. Check in and check out easy.

From one bedroom I could hear everything from the other apartment, but I wrote to the admin and they helped me to ask the neighbors to be quiet at night. The kitchen is not well equipped, a couple of dishes and glasses and a couple of pans to do simple things. For me it was annoying just having two dishwasher soap tables for 3 nights, I asked one more and they gave it to me.

Great location in a fun neighbourhood. Lots of bars and cafes nearby. About 30 minutes walk into the centre of town otherwise quick journey on the metro. Place warm and well equipped. Some noise at night due to location but didn’t really worry us in the winter. Access to lift. Self check was straight forward and staff super responsive to our messages.

Bedrooms were quite small for all our luggage.

The property was clean and spacious for the three of us. Well supplied. Located on a nice street.
