The apartment was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. We enjoyed the apartment very much and it had all the amenities we needed for a very nice stay! The location was convenient to Metro and bus stations. Additionally there were several great restaurants and shops nearby. It was great that there was a washer and dryer in the apartment. Additionally, the A/C was a nice relief on hot days.

There was some noise from neighbors and late night fireworks, but it was not an issue for us. The 2nd bedroom had a second trundle bed that could be pulled out, but the room was way too small to use both -- especially with a desk in the room. We ended up using the sofa bed instead. There was barely enough hot water for three quick showers, so families will need to plan accordingly.

Nice accommodation close to metro station. It was good location for our starting point to discover Barcelona for all days of our staying. It is not far away to the city centre on foot. Around 2 km. The only thing which was bothering me was payment over external portal. I prefer to book and pay over booking platform, because I trust it. If I pay outside of it, it becomes my risk. If platform allows hosts to collect money outside of booking.com, platform should validate that payment provider is secure, to reduce guests stress. I was on holidays and I don't want to investigate if payment is secure, and I will get an accommodation when I arrive. ANYWAY, everything was OK. We entered the apartment and my concerns were not necessary. 🙂

Excellent stay thank you so much. So so clean and on a reasonable quiet street. If you do not mind the bed set up (clearly shown in owners photos) you can book with peace of mind. You will have a great stay. It’s well equipped and has everything you could think off, little supermarket outside for all food stuffs

Was great, but it’s true maybe would be better with proper double bed. Regardless I will return on my next visit. It’s just superior stay

Driving in from the airport I was a bit concerned as the driver said we were nowhere close to the city center. After a day at the property I must say 'we couldn't have stayed in a better place'. If you don't like crowds hassling you from the moment you enter/ leave the hotel, it can't get better than this place. Having friends who live in Barcelona, they said the reason the crowds are so local is because this area is frequently stayed in by the hip and trendy 20 year olds. The atmosphere is relaxed, the property is extremely safe and quiet and the neighbourhood is filled with all kinds of food that you can imagine (every cuisine, every kind of food, it's all there). And by that I do not mean fast food because luckily we didn't look or find any. The room is pretty much stocked with all kinds of cutlery, there's TVs in the living room and bed room which is a huge plus. There's a dedicated dining space that allows you to dine even if the bed's open and literally across are some wonderful Nepali women working at a convenience store opened from 9am to 11pm. Down the street, taking the first right towards the metro is the best gelato hole in the wall shop (opposite the pharmacy) which is packed to the rafters by locals. Take a left there and there's a great shop for women's clothing Heidi, further down to the right are really good wok bowls, a bit further to the left is a gorgeous Thai restaurant. Loved everything about the property and the management are super responsive and helpful.

There's a lot one can nit pick on but to be honest, we thought it was a lovely place and except for the living room sofa beds being not soft enough to sleep on, the rest was absolutely amazing. Totally recommend if you're into quite places and not seeking tourist crowds that's very much in the nerve center of the city. Each metro ride was 1 - 2 stops away (Sagrada Familia, Passe de garcia, you name it) nothing took more than 10 - 15 mins to get to.

We spent a family holiday for the week in Barcelona. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Good size bathroom with good facilities and a fully equipped kitchen - it was small but easy to cook in and had all the required appliances. The overall size of the apartment was good with one bedroom for parents and a pull out sofa bed for the two kids. Adequate space for our needs and we spent most of the days and evenings out of the apartment. There was a small balcony on the street to see the life on the street. The windows had external shutters and curtains inside so good privacy and noise was blocked out okay. We were on the 4e floor easily accessible with a lift. There was also a roof top terrace available. The apartment is quite modern and everything worked. Of course the biggest positive is the location in a great neighbourhood with lots of places of interest and to enjoy eating and drinking. Two metro stops close by and very easy to get anywhere in the city or to the beach. We would stay here again!

Hard to be negative but I would suggest new towels and bed linen. What we had while more than adequate were starting to look a little tired. The mattress of the pull-out sofa bed was pretty dirty and could have been replaced. The apartment was clean but could do with a really heavy deep clean and freshen up of surfaces and furniture - but that's just being very picky...

Excellent location in a walking distance to Lesseps metro (major Metro line) and among busy shopping/dining district. Plenty of lovely breakfast places in just a few minutes from the apartment. The metro exit leads you to the street you need; there is even a sign for it right next to the exit. Grocery shops and organic food shop just in 3 minutes from the place! The apartment has everything you need, including kitchen area, a stove, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, kitchen utensils, mugs and some pasta/salad bowls, etc. The shower is excellent with no pressure issues; the AC works fine as well. Please note that although Park Güell is very close, getting there is rather tricky if you have difficulty walking uphill and climbing many steps. The closest side of the park is actually an exit from it, so you will have to walk around some to find one of the entrances. Make sure to get your tickets early online. They are usually sold out by the time you get to the park.

The property was very easy to find and the instructions I was sent were step-by-step and super helpful. There was an elevator as well, which was super helpful. There were a couple of things that needed to be fixed/replaced: the flush button on the toilet (which falls apart) and the restroom door that gets stuck every time you close it, and the door handle which might come off unless replaced soon. Also, the fringe was cleaned with some Clorox solution and had a strong Clorox smell inside it, which made it hard to store certain food in open containers (like berries). However, none of these trivial things bothered my family much while staying at the apartment. We had a great time.

The location is just perfect, everything is very close, the flat is very clean and comfortable. All facilities are great. Nothing to complain or worry about.

It was just a bit chilly for us inside as we couldn’t work out if heating was there, but it’s simply because we like really warm inside temperatures. But I am sure it’s huge benefit during hot summers.

The apartment is located near Fontana metro station (3 minutes walk). The district is quiet and comfortable. It takes only 20 minutes by walk to Park Guell or Casa Mila / Casa Batlo. The apartment is clean, has AC and most important household appliances (including a washing machine and a dryer).

The folded sofa in the living room is a bit squeaky, the mattress seems to be worn. It would be nice to be welcomed with some coffee capsules since the kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine.

Lovely neighbourhoods near the apartment . Safe to walk around even in midnight . There’s lots of restaurant , supermarkets and cafe close by. Very convenient indeed. Only 20 mins to walk to Parc Guell. Lovely place to visit

But just abit of complain about the bed , the mattress really hard, I feel little bit uncomfortable to sleep on it . (not the hotel types of mattress ) . And please provide beddings for the sofa bed. Can’t find any for my boy to sleep on it

We arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport through Bonavista. It made the entire transition from the airport to the apartment easy. We also appreciated the washer and dryer since it was the midpoint of our trip. They machines were small and I’m sure I wasn’t using the best setting but there was a laundromat downstairs that allowed us to wash and dry the majority of our clothes (a week’s worth for 3 adults) in approximately 1 1/2 hours!

The sleeper sofa was not very comfortable. But creative positioning helped. Such as sleeping horizontally across the bed instead of lengthwise eliminated feeling the bar under the mattress.
