Our family of four really enjoyed our stay. Apartment was very clean and larger/more spacious than others we stayed at during out trip. Location was excellent - Gràcia station just steps away, easy to get taxis right outside along Via Agusta. Beds were comfy, noise not an issue, A/C worked great, plenty of hot water for showers, etc. A big bonus for us were the free-to-use washer and dryer. Did not use the pool or surrounding outside area but it looked nice. Overall a great place to stay for a visit to Barcelona - away from the more touristy, crowded areas but easy access via train, taxi or walking. Highly recommended.

Nice modern and clean apartment with lots of space. Located on a busy street but is mostly quiet at nights and 2 bedrooms are located away from the street. Location in Gracia neighborhood is a bit further away from most sights but easy access to many metro stations and bus stops nearby. Staff was helpful to troubleshoot blown fuse quickly.

Thick memory foam beds get a bit sunken in feeling at times. We had noisy neighbours upstairs partying until 2am on a Friday night and you could hear it from our bedroom. No exhaust fans in the bathrooms to ventilate out any bad smells. Staff doesn’t give you options for help getting to airport and only offers higher priced pre arranged transportation. Didn’t get my checkin codes at the promised checkin time and had to wait standing outside building for 30 mins

Lovely location...La Ramblas about 25 to 30 mins stroll. Nice walk. Comfortable apartment. Convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Lovely pool area but didn't have time or weather to enjoy!

It would be nice to at least have a little bottle of water on arrival. Instead, there was a gift of a rubber duck, majorcan salt and olive oil which is a lovely touch but not needed and not practical. Arriving for a city break water and snacks would be more useful. The noise from other guests in the early hours was very loud despite signs and notices in the entrance from the owners.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location couldn't be better, with excellent transport links right in the area, making it easy to get around the city. There are plenty of nice restaurants, shops, and supermarkets within walking distance, so we had everything we needed close by. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We accidentally locked ourselves out one evening over the weekend, but the staff quickly came to our rescue and got us back into the apartment without any hassle. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in the area!

Great location near lovely restaurants and metro stations. We stayed for the Primavera festival and loved having use of the pool in the day, and the apartment had lots of room for a big group including a well-stocked kitchen and multiple showers. Great option for a group.

Our room was near the pool and we would have liked lights near it at night so as to see better - it was a challenge not falling in! Some basic kitchen amenities would have been nice, e.g. coffee, oil, salt.

Amazing location! Considering your in the city, you wouldn’t know it when you’re in the garden. The ground floor apartment was spacious and well presented and had almost everything we needed! The check-in and check-out process was super easier, no complaints at all! The staff were super helpful! Would 100% stay here again!

The kitchen set-up was a little awkward (plates and mugs stored way too high. Could do with a few more oven trays.

The property was SO clean - the cleanest I have seen from a hotel or apartment stay in the past few years, which made us all feel really comfortable. The hosts provided just the right amount of cleaning products, toilet roll, soap etc, and they even did a complimentary floor clean mid-week which was a great surprise! The garden was remarkable - the view was lovely, and provided a wonderful respite.

The beds were not very comfortable - it was hard to move in the bed as it kind of squeaked - must be a mattress protector, which I understand the use of, however, combined with the synthetic fabric of the duvet, pillows and sheets, it made for an uncomfortable and hot sleep. Also, the air con only seemed to work in the twin room and not the rest of the apartment. There was what seemed to be a stag do who moved in 2 days before we left, who were very loud and left beer cans by the pool which meant we couldn't use the area those days.

all in one a nice stay. clean and modern apartment. very centrally located. There is everything nearby for shopping. bakery, shops etc. In the apartment there is toilet paper, kitchen roll, laundry facilities, drying rack, iron, hairdryer, towels, dishes, pots and pans, toaster, coffee machine, microwave and a large refrigerator. Communication with staff was very good

A few tea bags and coffee capsules, a bottle of water as a welcome would have been great. There was also no sponge or cleaning products or capsules for the dishes. Coffee cups were missing and wooden spoons and utensils for cooking were missing. The pool is nice but needs renovation. Fresh bed linen is missing, it can get dirty with children

Everything! All the little details. The apartment was spacious and we really enjoyed the Gracia neighborhood. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. The pool and courtyard were a welcomed bonus on hot summer days. The kids really enjoyed it!

The pool floor is in need of some repairs. It felt like a tarp coming loose so it wasn't flat but had rather large air pockets. My daughter slightly cut her foot on a broken plastic cover.

The flat was great - good sized and really well stocked kitchenette, big fridge freezer, plenty of space for eating,, and good storage space in the bedrooms. The washing machine downstairs meant we could keep our swim wear and other clothes clean between beach trips, and the drying rack meant things would dry on the balcony in the sun (there's a tumble dryer too if needed.) The kids loved the small pool on the back patio and I also saw another group enjoying an evening meal on the tables down there which looked like it worked well. The position is fantastic. The Gracia rail station is directly underneath, The L3 metro line runs from a stop 5 minutes walk away and there are buses to the city centre, Mt Tibido Barceloneta beach that right from right outside. Although I was nervous about staying on a 'main road' (and there is traffic noise out the front during the working week) it's actually nothing like a main road in London and the plaza was a lovely social space in the evenings - bring ping-pong kit to enjoy games when the shade comes! The flat is also right between the slightly sterile middle class Eixample on one-sided and the gorgeous Boho Gracia District on the other. We enjoyed evening and early morning walks through Gracia and found great places to eat. There's lots of residents around so its not just tourist trap stuff. Finally the team were really helpful with liaising ahead of our arrival, booking tourist bus passes, giving advice on where to go etc. Brilliant customer service.

There was an issue with hot water when we first arrived, but it got fixed very quickly. There's a dedicated maintenance team it seems. One night the boys in the next flat were smoking on their balcony and we couldn't dry our clothes out there due to the strong smell. But it was only once and all the young adult groups who came and went from the building obeyed the noise rules and were good neighbours.
