Great location in Gracia, yet reasonably quiet (unless English bachelor parties lived next door…). Pool and terrace great.

Apartment very well located in Gracia. We had a very good stay. The wiffi worked very well, good, quality price, and cleanliness is very good. They offer more services than in a hotel and much more privative. Highly recommended.

Check in was painful. We showed up at 3:45.for 4 o clock check in and they had the wrong address on the booking so when we showed up they assured us if we walked 15 more mins to a new location we would have the same unit. So after completing the grueling online check in and walking to the new location we finally arrived at our place an by 5 pm. To our surprise the unit wasn’t even ready… the maid was still cleaning when we arrived. Also there was no pool. The place was dirty and there was no essentials like paper towels extra toilet paper. Also a lot of items were broken like the pull out couch which we needed. I expressed concerns many times to multiple different people and I was told that’s how the place is or that I should call another number. To make matters worse they came in one morning and demanded we allow the AC tech in to do performance on the buildings AC. I figured it was a fake repair man looking to steal so I told him no because I had no notice of this visit. He put his foot in the door And prevented me from closing it and called a lady who claimed to be the host (I had never spoke with her before) and she said they needed to come in for 15 mins. After I explained to them we were sleeping and they could come back later they told me no and demanded it be done now. They came in and were banging around on the walls and vents for about 15 mins (literally can’t make this up, they had a broom stick and were hitting the ceiling) by time they left they had woken up the whole house. It was early and we had wanted to sleep in before our day. They ruined it. Do not stay here!

The location was the only good thing

Unfortunately our experience was bad. Not good at all. We are a family of 5 - 3 children aged between 5 and 18 months Having paid an expensive €400 security deposit, I expected a clean and welcoming environment This was not the case There was: dirt / grime /dust / staines and an all round tierd and dated feel A travel cot costed us an extra €20 per night which I though was very expensive. Staff on the phone were helpful but unfortunately this did not balance the displeasure of the rest of our trip. On arrival you are greeted with "tourist go home" scored into the windows , which is intimidating and unwelcoming. The apartment is dated and smells of damp and stale smoke There is no swimming pool in this building but you have to go down to -1 level across a car park / garage and road seperate flight of stairs Not as advertised Very disappointed and would never return Please avoid everybody!!! I feel like we deserve some money back from this experience and would advise booking.com to distance themselves

Awful hosts. Difficult to contact, slow reimbursement of deposit (€400) and did not refund us for the two nights we spent with bedbugs

Overall Rating: 1/10 (and that's being generous). Apartment 69-1-1 at My Space Barcelona Gracia Pool Terrace was a massive disappointment and a far cry from the description and photos provided on Booking.com. Mouldy ceiling, dirty rugs, some broken furnishings, even a dead fly in a bedroom. It was in a state of disrepair. Due to this significant misrepresentation, the apartment was simply not of an acceptable standard for a comfortable stay.

The location was good

The aircon was extremely loud, even when it was turned off we were unable to sleep as it would filter once every hour and wake us up including our pregnant friend. We did not receive our security deposit as we received “3 noise complaints” all on one night within 30 minutes of each other, We were not advise of these at the time (only the following day) and if we had been we would have kept the noise down as a result, the noise was 9 of us talking, we weren’t even playing music. Neighbour was filming some sort of “film” throughout our stay and asked us to be “silent” at 12pm during the day when we were chatting on our terrace. Unable to use shared pool as a result. 100% do not stay here! Not a single bit of damage to the property, we cleaned everything before we left and took bins out and we are being refused 400 euro security deposit back. Would not recommend staying here unless you are planning on being completely silent your whole stay - which may be impossible considering this accommodation is for 10 people. Totally ruined our trip!

Good location. I am not lie on this.

Be aware, after you check out, they won’t reply you any message, whatever from booking.com or WhatsApp, they just ignored your message at all. I have been contacted the property for several times regarding the security deposit until now still no response, I need get booking.com involved to chase my deposit back. 400 euros not small amount.
