The location is great, the apartment is getting cleaned every day, with towels being changed frequently. The apartment has everything you might need if you are staying for a couple of nights. The self check-in process was quite neat.

The room that we were in was pretty small, especially for the price paid. There is one window, but not really a lot of air since it is facing the inside of the building. There was a little fridge, but it wasn't working...

Located in one of Barcelona's most prominent districts, Grácia - with vibrant and creative culture, tapas bars and cafés -, the accommodation is at a perfect location for those wanting to see the sights of the city. The accommodation was very clean, compact and the staff is really friendly.

Really reasonably priced for the location. Check in process was contactless and easy. Rooms were modern and really clean. Roughly 15/20 minute walk to the centre of town, supermarket 5 minutes away. Nice, quiet area at night with no night time street noise at all which can be a massive problem in other parts of Barcelona.

The rooms are small and the building can feel somewhat claustrophobic on a longer term basis due to its strange layout with no windows. For me personally I would not recommend it longer than a few nights, but perfect spot for a long weekend in Barcelona.

Bailen Green House is in a good location, very near to different underground line stops. The rooms are clean and good and perfect if you just plan on using the room to sleep in, which is exactly what we wanted. The staff were very friendly and helpful, when we arrived, some spring s in the mattress were broken, I called the building manager, and he told me they had ordered a new one, and were trying to get it there ASAP, by the time we came back to the room, a brand new matress had been put in and made up, we were impressed with the speed! I highly recommend staying here.

Really liked location of room. Walking distance to Sagrada Familia, close by to few other city attractions. Balcony is really nice addition.

There wasn't any major problems, only thing that I could say it start so be noisy from 8 AM from others that stays in room close to you as walls are very thin so you can hear all. Everything else was good.

The room was tiny but completely fine, clean and modern. We found two favorite restaurants within a block: no need to grab a taxi or walk forever! It's on the corner of two busy streets (with MANY motorcycles) but we couldn't hear any of it in our room: perfectly quiet.

The towels and bed linens were good quality but the bed's bottom sheet wasn't a fitted sheet and was prone to coming loose. A fitted bottom sheet would have worked better.

We needed a place to stay while having daily trips to barcelona. The location was perfect, the facility was really nice and clean. We arrived at a time when the reception was close but they sent a detailed message how to enter the room and the experience was seamless.

There could be some beverage options in the hotel or room but not a deal breaker

Nice area, air conditioning was a massive bonus, shower was nice and the room was overall cozy, loved the fact that we had a balcony.

Nothing that I particularly disliked, just some minor things that could be improved, but didn’t really affect our stay

The room was modern , very clean, well equipped , it had a bed with a very comfortable mattress

Although the bath was big enough, the room was small and little dark because it had a window at the backyard of a 7th floor building

In a nice and safe area. Very close to shops and restaurants. About one metro stop away from the Sagrada. It was easy to catch the train to everywhere. Very friendly staff and always super helpful.
