The location of the accommodation was excellent, everything was close by. The hosts were very nice and helpful when we wanted to take things down before we wanted anything else. The rooms looked as in the photos.

There was noise, either from the street or from other guests. As a big minus was the shower, which was broken and with each shower half of the water leaked out

Everything is modest, but there is everything you need. The beds are comfortable, there is a small fridge, air conditioning - which was especially important. In the common living room there is a kettle, tea, muffins - you can easily have breakfast in the morning. There is an iron. Our neighbors were quiet, the street was also quiet, we slept well. The location is excellent. We were happy and comfortable all 5 days of our stay at Casa Maсa.

Great stay. Snacks ok. Kitchen great.

Needs attention to plumbing issues, IE water flowing out from shower.

very nice location. The room was clean (the daily cleaning was a very good feature). Very comfy room and value for money. We chose a room with private bathroom and we had great time through our stay.

The only thing I can think of is that we needed some more hangers (for example in the wall for coats). Also it has limited facilities (they completely match booking information and photos though). It is more a room to sleep (limited space) rather than a hotel to spend time(but that was perfect for our trip and imo for a trip in Barcelona in general).Also, a good addition could be a safe.

The location was perfect as we managed to walk everywhere we needed. The room was very comfortable for a group of 3, the beds were cozy and the outside terrace was perfect for the morning unwind. They provide you with pretty much everything you need except for kitchen cutlery and dishes, but they do have a kitchen that you can use for outside food.

The walls are pretty thin and you can hear everything that is going on outside your room. Also, there is always a loud noise in the bathroom after a toilet is flushed (even if the flush happens in another apartment)

Good location. The room was clean and we were provided with towels and any other amenities etc hairdryer etc.

The only thing we would say is that the host was late for check in. We did originally agree a time and they were more than 30 mins late which wasn’t too great. But she was apologetic and we did manage to check in okay. The bathroom was also very small but it did do the job for our one night stay.

10/10 property and 100% recommended, Since I walked in the room, I liked the clean, warm and cozy vibe of the property and it smelt really good. I could really feel the how owner put effort and heart to run the property. And the location is also good,close to the city center. Although we made a bit mess, but the owner shows tolerance and understanding which is super touching. Love the memories in Barcelona and this lovely cozy room.

It was great experience! Nice room and very clean. Location was great, metro and bus are very close, and it was easy to reach the center and main attractions. Every day they make the bad if you leave room before 11am, and give us new and clean towels. Definitly recommend, and very good value for money!!

Walls are thin, and you can hear everything but it wasn’t that bad, and we didn’t have windows so it was a bit stuffy in the room. Room was small, but it was ok. Wifi was ok but it could’ve been better.

Very convienet to restaurants , we were only in Barcelona over night so it suited our needs. Easy to find , about 30 min from the train station in a taxi

There was a screw sticking out from the floor near the door that we kept tripping over , my husband rolled his ankle on it

the room and hotel are very clean, beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly, attentive and responds quickly to requests. Very nice interior. The hotel is located close to city attractions and transport

there are no forks, spoons, glasses or plates in the kitchen at all. They didn't take the trash bag from the room. We had to ask for toilet paper by email because when we checked in the roll was half full. One Friday night it was very noisy, the neighbors upstairs were very noisy until 4 am.
